i always have so many thoughts abt lesley. like.
shes a princess! she only has one true friend! she has a lot of expectations on her shoulders and she worries about her older brother who has even more to deal with.
idk if shes ever learned how to express care for anyone. all her life she's been taken care of by her brother and castle maidens, rarely by her father but thats in terms of feeding, bathing, etc etc. when someone is sad she doesn't know what to do or say. theres a knot in her chest that gets tighter and it gets worse when she realizes she doesnt have the skills to comfort anyone
she would learn from harper but also like. he doesnt know how to do that either.
