Introducing Meadow! Meadow is a rambunctious young kit who can't wait to start her apprenticeship as a forager. She's only two moons old, but that doesn't stop her from following around the real apprentices and trying to absorb as much information as she can. The annoyed looks and various "You're in they way"s don't stop her determined little self from pursuing what she wants. She has two siblings, Willow and River. When their mother returns to the Sun, they will inherit the suffix Lark. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Meadow belongs to sunclan, an original clan made by my sibling! So, first off Queen is a term that is only to be used for the leader, and pregnant she-cats are called kitting or kit-bearing. These she-cats will commonly band together to take care of each other's kits, and their kits will call each other "brother" and "sister" even though they're not related. In the culture of Sunclan, different scars and marks are used to signify a cat's rank or role. Once kits become apprentices the Queen will give them their first scarring, these cuts aren't very deep and don't take very long to heal without medicine.

However, scars are not always good though torn ears are a form of punishment for traitors.

Sunclan also does not worship Starclan, they worship Nora or, as the call her, "The Goddess". They turn their heads to the sun and close their eyes while praying out of respect for her. They leave gifts outside in direct sunlight for The Goddess.

Before the queen dies or retires she must either have kits or choose another cat to take her place as there is no deputy. The female kits of her litter(s) will have a chance to be queen, but her male kits with take up normal roles in the clan. When she dies or retires her daughters must fight for her throne. Her unsuccessful kits are killed unless the new queen allows them to stay, but allowing them to live means they may still challenge for the throne in the future.
