(Hanako kun manga spoilers)

It.. It was just me that noticed this?

In this scene in the OP, Hanako was trapped and someone was shuting him up and moving his hand on to his crotch and biting his ear.. I think we can all agree that’s kinda sexual.

Now, if you read the manga you know that the person holding him down is Hanako’s twin brother Tsukasa. I didn’t think about this scene that much in the manga, I saw that it was somewhat sexual but I thought that I was reading too much into things, but in the animated version he was LITERALLY moving his hands in to his crotch.

Hanako is always nervous around him and it is of course because he killed Tsukasa sure, but I think we can all agree that he has a really twisted relationship with him. And Tsukasa probably physically abused him (he always was a violent child), in the first time that we see Hanako as Yugi Amane he says that he forgives the person who hurt him, and well, Amane did care a lot about his brother and probably still do, so I guess it can be a possibitily that Tsukasa did this to him and Amane forgived him.

But now I ask, did he sexually abused Amane?I think so. The sexual inuances in this scene shows that. And these next scenes in chapter 20 too:

The way he is holding hanako’s hand and how scared hanako looks just makes me feel even more sure about this. 

Tsukasa probably psysically abused Amane (and probably also sexually abused him) and Amane killed him in self-defense or out of anger. At least that’s what I think, It’s okay if you think that I’m just overlooking stuff, it’s fair, I also think that I am lol. 

(and also, one of the versions of the original urban legend, Hanako-san, was about a girl who was playing hide and seek and was raped in a bathroom and died, so it would make sense if the story followed that path)
