Unshakeable is the latest new book from best-selling author, motivational speak and success coach Tony Robbins.
When it comes to getting your life on track, there’s no one who knows how to beat the odds better than Tony Robbins. He rose from a lower-middle class family to become one of the world’s leading experts on motivation, inspiration, and success, and has now turned to master the world of personal finance. Unshakeable is his second book on money management, following the best-selling hit Money, Master The Game, which was published a few years ago.
In Unshakeable, Robbins lays out a bullet-proof plan for building your way to financial freedom and wealth. He argues that wealth isn’t just about money, but about having vitality about your money, which means embodying the concept of success through health, wealth, in love.
Money is an essential part of that equation, and getting the specifics right governing how you save and invest your money can be the difference between a life of overflowing abundance and wealth, and a life of poverty and a constant struggle to make ends meet.
The first step to creating any serious financial plan is to commit to investing a portion of your monthly income. The recommended amount is 10%, but if you can’t afford this start with what you can and gradually try to increase the percentage over time.
Then, you need the right asset allocation. To get your personal mix right, you’re probably best off if you work with a fiduciary financial planner — that’s a financial planner who has your best interests at heart, and doesn’t receive commissions or fees for selling you some investments over others. Make sure any financial help you get discloses how that person earns money.
For most people, a mix of stock and bond index funds is going to be the best approach. These are low-fee investments that give you instant diversification.

The Now Habit: Neil Fiore Audio Book Summary
Habits are behaviors that have developed through repetition over time. Doing so many times is done automatically Neil Fiore’s work addresses the problem of procreastination, which actually began not as a problem but as a measure of self-regulation to avoid stress by postponing activities, over time, this habit became a negative habit Which hinders our productivity and depletes our performance. It is in itself, a vicious circle from which it is difficult to leave, but not impossible according to Fiore.
Mindfulness, as the author explains, is the most powerful way of changing habits. It is an approach, it is based on consistent care. It is a training and a practice that serves to change the habits.Mindfulness is the awareness that emerges by paying attention purposely, in the present moment and without judging, to the unfolding of the experience that takes place moment by moment. It consists of three essential parts.
The first is about how habits are formed and why it can sometimes be difficult to change them.
The second, proposes practices of mindfulness and guided meditations to help free you from unhealthy habits.
The third is about the application of mindfulness.
With this scheme mindfulness can be applied to any activity. Some of the steps to achieve mindfulness are:
Establish an intention. Toso begins by delineating what he wants to achieve and identifying what he wants to achieve. Some recommendations are:
• Discern what is important in your life
• Identify habits that prevent you from living the important thing
• Align at all times by thoughts and actions The second step is to establish body facilitators
• Relax the body and mind
• Cultivate a sense of tranquility and well-being.
The third is to cultivate attitudes of mindfulness. What part of the benevolence towards oneself and the acceptance of what is happening in our surroundings.
The fourth is to take advantage of the power of attention, in which it is advisable to keep anchors to pay attention such as body sensations, visualizations or objects. The art of focusing attention causes you to be aware at all times, you have the possibility to choose how to respond to what you are experiencing.
The fifth is about disengaging from beliefs that hold habits. One begins by observing one’s own thoughts from the outside in the most objective way possible, in this way, we can detach the emotions from the thoughts.
On the other hand, Surfing the waves is a method to overcome intense emotions, Accept that everything happens, the things that worry or torment us are not eternal. In conclusion, The Habit of now will allow you to think of yourself as a productive person, feel and act in such a way.

Quiet
  Quiet
Written By: Susan Cain Read By: Susan Cain Reviews and Ratings: View on Amazon
Publisher’s Summary: The book that started the Quiet Revolution
At least one-third of the people we know are introverts. They are the ones who prefer listening to speaking; who innovate and create but dislike self-promotion; who favor working on their own over working in teams. It is to introverts—Rosa Parks, Chopin, Dr. Seuss, Steve Wozniak—that we owe many of the great contributions to society.
In Quiet, Susan Cain argues that we dramatically undervalue introverts and shows how much we lose in doing so. She charts the rise of the Extrovert Ideal throughout the twentieth century and explores how deeply it has come to permeate our culture. She also introduces us to successful introverts—from a witty, high-octane public speaker who recharges in solitude after his talks, to a record-breaking salesman who quietly taps into the power of questions. Passionately argued, superbly researched, and filled with indelible stories of real people, Quiet has the power to permanently change how we see introverts and, equally important, how they see themselves.
Offered in affiliated partnership with Audible, an Amazon Company. Free trial offers are subject to change.
Quiet: Susan Cain Audio Book Summary
Susan Cain, in her book Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can not Stop Talking, of introversion from a new, fresh and different point of view. He begins by explaining what happened so that extroversion became an ideal from the 1920s, stigmatizing and being judicious with those people who do not have a scandalous and vibrant personality. For Susan, the answer as to why introverted people are not considered to be valuable is found in Western societies in which the culture of personality has been worshiped. The model of a successful business man or woman is an outgoing person who does not have any problems with regard to social skills.
The introverted personality has not been respected, people often seek to modify the behavior of the introvert by pointing it out or exhorting it to be more open, share their points of view, speak more, express themselves better. A very important part of the population is considered by itself or by others as introverted, however, in order to have a place in a world that values extroversion (especially speaking of the labor world), introverted people have had to make a Great effort pretending to be like any other of his companions. Susan Cain bases her book with case studies and research that prove that introverts are very successful. It shows how introverts have more advantages over extroverts in some business fields because they are more cautious in making decisions and more reflective. Also, they tend to be better at listening to the ideas of others, which favors teamwork.
The book starts from the premise that introverted people should start by relaxing and being themselves. It is also important not to judge extroverts when their actions seem too scandalous or impulsive. The author proposes that perhaps a middle point between introversion and extroversion, which she calls ambivalence, could be the most beneficial, is a path between the world of ideas and the world of actions. It proposes that introverted people make an effort to know themselves and to accept themselves, and to make another real effort to share their interior with others.
It is a must read for those who consider themselves introverts, but also an important reading for those who are not. It is highly recommended for people who are in charge of work teams, as knowing a little personality of introverts can get them assigned tasks that can perform better than those who are not, instead of forcing them to pretend to be Just like your colleagues. It is also recommended for teachers who, in the performance of their work, will always meet those people whom they sometimes tend to label as timid or insecure, when in reality, they are only more involved in the internal world than in the external world And does not mean that it is bad.

Mindset
  Mindset
Written By: Carol Dweck
Read By: Carol Dweck
Reviews and Ratings: View on Amazon
Publisher’s Summary: World-renowned Stanford University psychologist Carol Dweck, in decades of research on achievement and success, has discovered a truly groundbreaking idea–the power of our mindset.
Dweck explains why it’s not just our abilities and talent that bring us success–but whether we approach them with a fixed or growth mindset. She makes clear why praising intelligence and ability doesn’t foster self-esteem and lead to accomplishment, but may actually jeopardize success. With the right mindset, we can motivate our kids and help them to raise their grades, as well as reach our own goals–personal and professional. Dweck reveals what all great parents, teachers, CEOs, and athletes already know: how a simple idea about the brain can create a love of learning and a resilience that is the basis of great accomplishment in every area.
Praise for Mindset
“A good book is one whose advice you believe. A great book is one whose advice you follow. This is a book that can change your life, as its ideas have changed mine.”—Robert J. Sternberg, co-author of Teaching for Wisdom, Intelligence, Creativity, and Success   “An essential read for parents, teachers [and] coaches . . . as well as for those who would like to increase their own feelings of success and fulfillment.”—Library Journal (starred review)
“Everyone should read this book.”—Chip Heath and Dan Heath, authors of Made to Stick
“One of the most influential books ever about motivation.”—Po Bronson, author of NurtureShock
“If you manage people or are a parent (which is a form of managing people), drop everything and read Mindset.”—Guy Kawasaki, author of The Art of the Start 2.0

Mindset: Carol Dweck Audio Book Summary
The concept of growth mentality has gained prominence in classrooms, playgrounds and workplaces since Carol Dweck, a psychology professor at Stanford University, outlined her theory in the Mindset book.
It proposes that there are 2 mentalities: the fixed mentality and the mentality of growth. According to Dweck, people with a fixed mindset believe that basic characteristics such as intelligence or talent can not be developed. In general, they believe that talent leads to success and not effort.
These people spend their time demonstrating their skills rather than working to improve them. People with a fixed mindset avoid the challenges in which they believe they will not succeed. They fear that others will see failures as an indicator of their true ability.
Instead, people with a growth mindset believe that features like intelligence and talent can be developed with effort and dedication. Believe they can develop their skills if they show dedication, work hard and learn from others and their mistakes.
Intelligence and talent certainly play a role, but they are only the beginning; The rest depends on them. Believes that skills are like muscles, can be developed with practice. Growth-minded people take risks, accept feedback, and have a long-term vision. In this way they progress in their lives and careers. We are told that self-confidence in the ability to learn and that effort is the key to success.
People with growth mentalities achieve more than those with a fixed mindset, according to Dweck.
Another important point is that neuroscience has discovered that the brain can be reset, it is possible to make new mental paths, we can change the way we think if we want and make those changes lasting. It is also possible to change beliefs, and behaviors.
The author will continue to apply a complete test that appears in the book to identify what type of intelligence predominates. If we find that we have a fixed mindset, we can change it to a growth mindset through the techniques and tools that the work puts at our disposal.

Flow
    Flow
Written By: Mihaly Csikszentmihaly
Read By: Mihaly Csikszentmihaly
Reviews and Ratings: View on Amazon
Publisher’s Summary: Psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi’s famous investigations of “optimal experience” have revealed that what makes an experience genuinely satisfying is a state of consciousness called flow. During flow, people typically experience deep enjoyment, creativity, and a total involvement with life. In this new edition of his groundbreaking classic work, Csikszentmihalyi demonstrates the ways this positive state can be controlled, not just left to chance. Flow: The Psychology of Optimal Experience teaches how, by ordering the information that enters our consciousness, we can discover true happiness and greatly improve the quality of our lives.
Offered in affiliated partnership with Audible, an Amazon Company. Free trial offers are subject to change.
Flow: Mihaly Csikszentmihaly Audio Book Summary
Csikszentmihalyi one of the most recognized researchers in Positive Psychology. In the nine chapters of Learning to Flow introduces us at practical levels and with empirical evidence to what he calls the optimal experience “the flow”; The author through Csikszentmihalyi used the word flow to describe the optimal experience, given that the short word was used by many of the people interviewed for more than twenty years by the same professor, to describe the mental state they felt. Flow or flow, in simple terms is to be in total harmony with a project or with anything that we are doing. It is similar to the sensation that occurs when meditating, or exercising, but not only is applied to these activities, but can be experienced when performing any activity of daily living. In this line, Csíkszentmihályi also stands out for his research on mental well-being, creativity, fun and happiness. From the earliest days of his professional life, Mihály Csíkszentmihályi began his research with people who stood out for their creativity as artists or scientists; Wondering what made them feel that it was right to devote so much time, effort and dedication to their respective projects. These people pointed out that in the moments when they were deeply concentrated in their projects, they felt that things simply flowed.
Some of the conditions linked to flow are: A high level of concentration, which can even lose the notion of time. An intense enjoyment. Feeling of knowing well what is done. Feeling that you are capable and that you have it under control * Tranquility. Unlike the simple experimentation of pleasure, whose enjoyment is instantaneous and can be achieved without further effort, the optimum experience to which the author refers requires profound attention. When someone has chosen a goal and gets involved in it to the limits of their concentration, anything they do will be enjoyable.
However, the author considers that the state of flow, is intimately linked to happiness, since in both of them we experience practically the same sensations. Making happiness happen is the idea that comes up in your book. Put all the consciousness at the service of a realistic goal and direct the energy to achieve it.

10% Happier
  10% Happier
Written By: Dan Harris
Read By: Dan Harris
Reviews and Ratings: View on Amazon
Publisher’s Summary: Nightline anchor Dan Harris embarks on an unexpected, hilarious, and deeply skeptical odyssey through the strange worlds of spirituality and self-help, and discovers a way to get happier that is truly achievable.
After having a nationally televised panic attack on Good Morning America, Dan Harris knew he had to make some changes. A lifelong nonbeliever, he found himself on a bizarre adventure, involving a disgraced pastor, a mysterious self-help guru, and a gaggle of brain scientists. Eventually, Harris realized that the source of his problems was the very thing he always thought was his greatest asset: the incessant, insatiable voice in his head, which had both propelled him through the ranks of a hyper-competitive business and also led him to make the profoundly stupid decisions that provoked his on-air freak-out.
We all have a voice in our head. It’s what has us losing our temper unnecessarily, checking our email compulsively, eating when we’re not hungry, and fixating on the past and the future at the expense of the present. Most of us would assume we’re stuck with this voice that there’s nothing we can do to rein it in but Harris stumbled upon an effective way to do just that. It’s a far cry from the miracle cures peddled by the self-help swamis he met; instead, it’s something he always assumed to be either impossible or useless: meditation. After learning about research that suggests meditation can do everything from lower your blood pressure to essentially rewire your brain, Harris took a deep dive into the underreported world of CEOs, scientists, and even marines who are now using it for increased calm, focus, and happiness.
10% Happier takes listeners on a ride from the outer reaches of neuroscience to the inner sanctum of network news to the bizarre fringes of America’s spiritual scene, and leaves them with a takeaway that could actually change their lives.
Offered in affiliated partnership with Audible, an Amazon Company. Free trial offers are subject to change.
10% Happier: Dan Harris Audio Book Summary
Dan Harris is a reporter and anchorman at ABC News.
After suffering a panic attack before millions of viewers on the Good Morning America broadcast, Dan Harris realized that things in his life were not going well, it was not that he had a specific problem or that he was going through a difficult situation
Skeptical throughout his life, he realized that the source of his problems was really what he always considered his greatest asset: the unceasing and invariable inner voice that was driving him to the highest levels of a hypercompetitive company. And we all have an inner voice.
It is the one that makes us lose control unnecessarily, check the email compulsively, eat when we have no appetite and stay fixed in the past or the future, at the expense of the present. Most of us assume that we are subject to that voice and that we can do nothing to get rid of it, but Harris discovered an effective method to achieve it: meditation. After learning from research suggesting that meditation can do everything from reducing blood pressure to drawing new wiring in the mind, Harris managed to increase calm, concentration … and be at least 10% happier. ” We discussed today an atypical book in our long streak of books focusing on economics and investment. Any excuse is good to think a little about how they are and / or how we live our finite lives and the new year is good enough.
10% Happier is a self-help book written by someone who is not an expert but a user and seeker of self-help, and that is precisely what makes it interesting, the power to investigate and summarize the works and creators of self-help more Known in the US and worldwide with a spirit both critical and synthetic.
In fact,  is not really a self-help book. Is a  description of  Harris’ journey through his career, and the enlightenment that he gradually attained.

You should ask yourself if you can talk about that topic better than others, if so, then you are ready to let the world know your valuable contributions.
It is necessary that you put a name, that is to say, that you create a brand that identifies you and differentiates you.
It is also important that you register that trademark with a domain. To start sharing content, you must choose the medium that you think is best and obviously the best you are. It can be video, audio, written word, illustration, or whatever you can think of.
Then, it’s time to start your blog, Vaynerchuk suggests a couple of platforms that you can use. About the Facebook page, the author offers a series of recommendations so that you have a successful page and your effort is not just in the attempt
In short, it is a book of practical issues, tools and techniques that can be applied to any business. Another point that should be mentioned is that the whole book is designed so that the reader can align these tasks with his passion.
One final lesson that remains with this book is that part of the success of Vaynerchuk consists in knowing how to observe how people behave. He detected patterns or new habits and thought about how his business could anticipate covering that new need.

The Power of Full Engagement: Jom Loehr, Tony Shwartz Audio Book Summary
With over 30 years of experience and applied research, Dr. Loehr believes that the most important factor in achieving, personal fulfillment and satisfaction with life is strength of character.
It holds firmly that character strength can be built in the same way that muscle strength is built up investing in energy Dr. Loehr has worked with hundreds of world-class artists from the fields of sports, business, medicine and law enforcement, including Fortune 100 executives, FBI hostage rescue teams and military special forces .
He is a prestigious American specialist in psychology applied to sport, was one of the first to study in a scientific way the high performance, from his contact with athletes who were going through a stage of stagnation in his career. In a first instance, it was possible to detect that the athletes reach at a certain moment, an “ideal performance state”. There is comfort with yourself, relaxation and calm. The second thing that was pointed out in his research Loehr was how to voluntarily provoke that state of equilibrium, that is under what training conditions athletes must work to achieve high performance at the moment they wanted, and particularly under pressure.
The first approach was to focus on the mental and emotional aspects, without neglecting the physicists, who also constitute a key pence. Loehr points out as a determinant for achieving that optimal state of high performance, the use of the beliefs we hold as valid, because they have accompanied us most of our lives, and perhaps they act in a limiting sense, without even being able Aware of it.
Not only has it been a sports guide, its corporate customers include hundreds of Fortune 500 companies, including Procter & Gamble, The EstĂŠe Lauder Companies, Dell, FBI, GlaxoSmithKline, PepsiCo and Citigroup Smith Barney.
Tony Schwartz on the other hand, is a journalist, lecturer and ghostwriter, he is famous for having written with Donald Trump, The Art of Dealing. It currently has a company named The Energy Project, which helps companies fuel sustainable high performance. Schwartz with his experience in research and writing and Loehr with his experience in the field of Psychology achieve a very complete work on the power of attitude to excel in any area.

The Seasons of Life
  Seasons of Life
Written By: James Allen
Read By: James Allen
Reviews and Ratings: View on Amazon
      Publisher’s Summary:
In this book, Jim show’s the parallels between life and the changing seasons. To realize that the seasons will change without fail and what we can do to utilize each seasons to get the greatest rewards. It is basically based on the parable of the sower and the reaper. What to do in one season, to ensure success in another season. **Great for those who are going thru difficult times personality or financially, because it helps them see that this “winter” in their life will eventually give way to “”spring”.
A book of ideas and observations that attempt to place life, its events, purpose, opportunities and challenges into perspective. A book that is intended for reading by all people.
Topics Include
The Cycles and Seasons of Life The Effect of Environment on Circumstance The Value of Attitudes The Constant, Predictable Patter of Change The Spring The Summer The Fall The Winter Defeat-The Best Beginning
Seasons of Life: James Allen Audio Book Summary
Jim Rohn, author of The Seasons of Life, uses the seasons as metaphors to illustrate stages or moments in life, says that the same winds strike us all, we all suffer good days and bad days, positive and negative things, The position we have before life, before the blessings and adversities.
Spring. After a winter comes always a spring, which is the time to sow, that is, it is the window of opportunity. Spring, just as opportunities do not last forever, you have to learn to recognize them. About opportunities, you never know how many more you will have so it is appropriate to take advantage of them to sow the future .
Jim Rohn says that summer is the time to give life to values, that is, to give life to what you have planted, to nourish what you have cultivated in your life and also to protect it against the grass. It is here the stage of being constant and of defending what you believe in.
Autumn is the harvest that only comes to those who planted, worked, and tended their cultivation. Whoever has not harvested must do so with the vision and faith that someday he will pick it up. Winter describes it as the moment when things go wrong, there is economic winter, emotional winters, winters in all aspects of our lives. Winter means difficult times where as much as you do the results may be few, winter is not a season of harvesting or planting in strict sense. For the winter Jim Rohn recommends standing firm by three steps: Be stronger, wiser and better. Wisdom serves for future difficult times, experience, information, memories can keep you in the tough times.
The Seasons of Life, therefore, is a book written in the form of a metaphor, it helps us to analyze the seasons we all have to go through and know how to insult them when they arrive, the intention is not to find us unprepared .
It is, in general, a book that allows us to understand that life is cyclical like the seasons. It addresses a series of issues that might seem common sense, however, it is a valuable injury to be able to visualize them all together so as to understand that or that we live right now is temporary, that the sunny days have to be used to create, and the cold days It is necessary to be strong.
It is an amazing book, very easy to read, full of insights and analogies that help you understand life and change it for the better.

Outliers
  Outliers
Written By: Malcolm Gladwell
Read By: Malcolm Gladwell
Reviews and Ratings: View on Amazon
Publisher’s Summary: There is a story that is usually told about extremely successful people, a story that focuses on intelligence and ambition. Gladwell argues that the true story of success is very different, and that if we want to understand how some people thrive, we should spend more time looking around them-at such things as their family, their birthplace, or even their birth date. And in revealing that hidden logic, Gladwell presents a fascinating and provocative blueprint for making the most of human potential. In The Tipping Point Gladwell changed the way we understand the world. In Blink he changed the way we think about thinking. In OUTLIERS he transforms the way we understand success.
Offered in affiliated partnership with Audible, an Amazon Company. Free trial offers are subject to change.
Outliers: Malcolm Gladwell Audio Book Summary
Malcolm Gladwell’s main thesis is that success follows a predictable and not the brightest course that is most successful. Tries to prove his thesis by statistical and historical data.
Why some people are successful and others are not, is a book to understand how the world works from the point of view of psychology, sociology, genetics and even memetics. And for this, it is based on the analysis of an aspect in which very few have deepened without stumbling in the common place: how the social, business, sport or personal success of an individual. Success is talent plus preparation.
Malcolm Gladwell says that talent is not enough, opportunity is necessary.Under this concept is where Gladwell includes the famous “theory of ten thousand hours” that, according to many, are necessary to achieve mastery. He tells us: “Practice is not what you do when you are good, it is what you do to become good.”
One of the ideas or theories that the author presents is the one of the 10000 hs. Necessary to be an expert in some discipline, and that is the constant practice. Which makes them good in their activity. There are examples like Bill Gates, who had the possibility to access computers from a very young age and thus accumulated the necessary hours to take advantage of them at the appropriate time. Something similar happened with the Beatles, who before being famous had played many hours together in England and Germany.
The most astounding part of Gladwell’s thesis is that success is essentially the result of chance. In short, what Gladwell is trying to convince us is that people who succeed do not have it for themselves but for the environment in which they develop.
A mixture of hidden advantages, extraordinary occasions and cultural heritages. While genius or talent has a lot to do, the cultural legacy, dedication, willpower and work put on the road is what makes them stand out. Cultural heritage. In this section, Gladwell analyzes the importance of cultural heritages that persist, generation after generation, even after the socioeconomic and demographic conditions that engendered them have disappeared.

As A Man Thinketh
As A Man Thinketh
Written By: James Allen
Read By: Ray Porter
Reviews and Ratings: View on Amazon
Publisher’s Summary:Allen’s practical philosophy of successful living has awakened millions to the discovery and perception of the truth that they themselves are makers of themselves. Building on the Bible verse. As a man thinketh, so he is, Allen insists that it is within the power of each person to form his own character and create his own happiness.
As A Man Thinketh: James Allen Audio Book Summary
As A Man Thinketh is one of the greatest classics in the literature of self-help and personal development. It was first published in 1903 and author James Allen is considered by many to be the father of self-help.
As A Man Thinketh, by James Allen, is one of the great classics of self-help. Part of a premise: change your thoughts and change your life. It is a set of philosophical reflections on the power of our thoughts .
One of the most important lessons is that all thinking to be valuable must be linked to a legitimate purpose. This is true, we can have endless brilliant thoughts, generate wonderful ideas, but have no value in our daily life or in our personal growth.
The author affirms that everything that man achieves and everything that fails is a direct result of his thoughts, in short, we are what we think, the power of the mind is so strong that it influences what happens to us, how Our body feels and in what life we will lead.
The character, according to Allen, is the set of thoughts. Every man is where he is by the law of his own being. The thoughts he has built up in his character, have taken him there, is not the result of chance. What is meant by this is that the man himself weaves his destiny by the quality of his thoughts and by becoming the person he is. It is possible to change any life situation if we concentrate on changing our thoughts.
Another important lesson is the serenity to which he devotes an entire chapter, for him, tranquility is a jewel; A man reaches a state of tranquility when he evolves in his thought In summary, this is a great little book about positive thinking and attitude, the main lesson is that you are ultimately responsible for your life through your thoughts, this book is a good reminder that there are real consequences for each thought.

The Success Principles: Jack Canfield Audio Book Summary
It is a book about the eternal principles of success that the author has studied for more than 30 years.
It’s a book about everything you’ve always wanted to know about how to improve your life, your health, your finances and your personal relationships.
These 64 principles encompass everything, professional development, family, relationship with money, your spiritual life, your health and your well-being. The principles and techniques that Jack Canfield proposes are functional if you commit to working on yourself.
One of  the principles is taking responsibility for 100% of your lifeIf things do not go the way you want, then ask yourself the question: “What do I have to do differently next time to get the result I want?”Do not complain or blame others for what you have not changed. You are the only one responsible for your destiny.
Another is to be clear about your purpose in the world. Each of us is born with a specific purpose in your life that is discovered by the discovery of your talents and strengths.Identifying, recognizing and honoring such a purpose is perhaps the most important action that successful people take.Try to find out what are some of the activities that you like to do and for which you are good.
Successful people take the time to find their true strengths and purpose for their lives and then act in accordance with their true purpose.
Once you know what is the main goal in your life, you have to decide what you want to do to achieve that purpose. You have to decide where you want to be and the possessions you want to acquire. Most people do not get what they want because they never take the time to define exactly what that something is.
Releasing the power to set goals means exercising the ability to achieve them, proposes an exercise that consists of writing your goals every morning: Although you have written before, it is important to rewrite them, write them in the present tense, as if you had already achieved them .
Asking for advice is important, if someone has achieved the same goals you want to achieve in your life or very similar ones, ask that person to give you advice on how you have achieved those goals, and what you need to do to get there , And what obstacles must be overcome. You must commit to continuous improvement and always keep your eyes on the prize.
The last 45 minutes of your day before bed are the most important for programming your brain, because during sleep your brain does enough reprogramming. You, knowing this, can make use of the power of repetitions and visualizations to take advantage. The best advice in this book is that you and no one else has the power to change your life, you must take responsibility for it and program yourself to achieve what you want.

Acres of Diamonds: Russel Conwell Audio Book Summary
Written by the founder of Temple University, “Acres of Diamonds” is an inspirational lecture about success.
Russell H. Conwell tells the story of Ali Hafed who wanted to find Diamonds to be immensely rich. Ali Hafed sells all his possessions and travels to distant lands in a long trip looking for diamonds. At the end of the story, when he has no more resources or success in his quest, he discovers that he who bought his former lands had found diamond mines under what had been his own house.
This story is an allegory of thousands of people who want to improve their financial situation and fail to achieve it. We all have a potential that can make us rich, but sometimes we strive to look for external treasures that are nothing more than mirages that distract us from the essential.
Sometimes we do not recognize our wealth because it is closer to what we think as we look further. Most people do not develop their skills because they do not imagine that they possess them. However, the truth is that we do not need to go too far to discover our own Acres of Diamonds, as these are found in the city or country where we live.
However, you should start by looking for them right there, without losing focus. Many people have already discovered them and others are about to do so, but the truth is that any human being can do it.
Wealth, prosperity, well-being, fluidity in relationships, are the consequence of a state of mind. And then that fertile mental state materializes in abundance through multiple ways. This story establishes the concept that probably what you are looking for in your destiny and everything you want to do is under your own feet and is very close to you at this time.Actually your acres of diamonds is the ability to achieve everything that is capable of you.
The key issue is that diamonds do not look like diamonds when they are in their raw form.It requires an enormous amount of work and polishing.
As a conclusion; Acres of Diamonds by Russell H. Conwell is a small, easy to read book with deep thoughts. It is an inspiring lecture on success in life.
