Istg habits, people pleasing and low self-esteem are a bitch to deal with, it took me 28 years to realise not a single one of my so called ex-friends was willing to lift a finger to keep our friendship running. It was always me who busted my ass just for people not to abandon me let alone care about me. I've always thought I wanted to have lots of friends, but I've never realised I wanted it only cuz I've always been lonely and I needed to compensate for that. I'll forever be sad it seems I don't deserve to be needed cuz I've never been anyone's number 1 priority (not that I've got a god complex or anything like that I'm just a human is all), but I don't want to pay any attention to that fact anymore. I've never really thought it's so easy for me to cut off the people I can't stand. A coupla years ago I'd do every single thing in my power to sympathize with them and try to keep a relationship going, but not now, oh no no no, no more of this bullshit. Especially if the said people's values don't coincide with common sense and basic morals. I'm talking about my coworkers, I've never in my life met such kind of disgrace before honestly.
