Since the pandemic hit the world, everyone has been so used to wearing pajamas as their everyday wear. We got to the point where we would wear pajama pants for zoom meetings/ school and only looked dressed up from the waist up! Going back into public and actually needing to get ready for the day, we are too lazy to put a whole nice outfit together to attend work, school, or just errands.

People have shifted towards leggings and more comfy loungewear that is also cute to style when looking for an outfit these days. We have grown into being more comfortable in our clothing, because that’s all we wore when we were locked up in our homes for a period of time.

We even see influencers and celebrities doing the same thing, promoting comfy loungewear as being comfortable and trendy. Skims is a good example of a brand that expresses their love for being comfortable and fashionable with their products.

Influencers on Youtube have used their popularity and social media followers to express the newest trends on these platforms, and promote their style of fashion or lifestyles. It is a great way to express and spread fashion trends to all people.
