i thought i’d share some of what scott talked to us about this morning. he brought up how taylor did the final dress rehearsal for all the kids and he said that all the kids couldn’t believe that this is really happening, they didn’t expect it to be a full on show. she ended up coming out on stage say like “hey guys so here’s the rules: there are no rules. if you wanna sit up front you can, if you wanna sit on the back or sides you can. do whatever you wanna do”. and also i mentioned to him how she did long live last night and he said that long live was always gonna be on the setlist, taylor just didn’t quite know how she was gonna put it together so she sat down at a piano and just sorta figured out how to translate the song to be played on a piano. correct me if i’m wrong and this is like widely known but he told us taylor has never taken a piano lesson in her life. it’s something she just sort of figured out how to play because she knew guitar so well.

does anyone else know that they’re never going to meet taylor but still have that tiny bit of hope which is completely irrational but you still have hope anyways because me too

me, being logical: this era isn’t my time to meet Taylor there are so many people going to my show that she’s already noticed/that have friends campaigning for her to meet them and that’s okay next time around next time

GUYS i noticed during CIWYW there are words on the screen like  ‘squad’  ‘fake’  ‘disappear’  ‘america’s sweetheart’  ‘sued’ ‘stand in court today’

It really hurt my heart that Taylor felt like she could never do “this” again (playing sold out stadiums) because that shows how strongly she was affected by everything. She knew most of us had her back, but I think she was mostly afraid the general public / casual fans would stop showing up. Now thinking of it, it totally makes more sense why (especially at the beginning of this era) Taylor took things slow because if I were her, I would be scared people would get tired of me again. I would want to slowly build things up again…Taylor said she needed to “disappear” to find herself again, and if avoiding the media is what keeps Taylor sane, then that is what she should keep doing. We are here for the music and for her as a person. Looking at Taylor now I SEE she is confident again and she shouldn’t underestimate herself because we will keep showing up for her and I WANT HER TO KNOW THAT!! If I could give Taylor advice it would be: You’ve been at probably (what you felt like) the lowest point in your career. It can ONLY get better now, you’ve been through the worst and you know what it felt like. You’ve been through the hardest pain and you came out (I feel) stronger than ever. That must count for something. That shows your character. That shows who you really are. And I truly believe big things are ahead of you. Icon. Legend. Country and Pop queen

Guys…she walked through the crowd. This is a BIG DEAL. I feel like that’s so important to realise because not only have we been missing her walking through the crowd and she did it to be closer to us, during the trial Andrea said that they were scared to let her/she didn’t want to in case anything else like that happened to her. And here she is, after going through all that, walking through the crowd. She loves and trusts us so much I’m emotional

taylor really thought we would leave her EVEN THOUGH we ALL signed a legally binding contract on october 25th 2010 to stand by her forever and if we have children someday to tell them her name and how the crowds went wild and how she hopes they shine???????????????? who does she take me for

Because, whether its a friendship or its someone you really, really have a crush on, or someone you want to be with, someone you wish would want to see all your sights with you and walk all of your steps with you. First of all, its brave to want that, and its brave to vocalise that you want that and verbalise it. Because, on one hand, on one hand you have this miraculous, incredible chance that that person will look at you and go ‘yes, I want that too.’ Either, ‘I want to be your friend’, or ‘yes, I want to be with you, I want to get to know you better, I want all that with you.’ But there’s also this devastating, heartbreaking possibility that this person will look at you and say 'I’m sorry, I don’t want that, I don’t want to get to know you better, I don’t want those things with you.’ And that’s why I think it’s really brave to put yourself out there and go searching for someone who feels the way you feel because its all really, relationships, it’s just delicate, you know.”
