my depression has come back in full force in the last month and it hit me so quickly that I feel like I have whiplash. And I'm struggling to think rationally about my life right now but it's really hard bc I just feel anxious and freaked out and tired and irritable and generally unlikeable. And I'm trying to not be secretly resentful towards my close friends/family members for not noticing bc that's also really irrational.
