How I think LADS men smell based on the candles i have in my home rn !!!

Xavier:

oatmeal creme pie candle from goose creek thats based off the actual treat from little debbie

it has a maple-y fall-y scent to it almost? and it does make me think of him

Zayne:

definitely the hot cocoa and cream candle from bath and body works

my absolute favorite candle from bath and body works and it smells like hot chocolate and i fear that's what zayne would smell like sometimes

Rafayel:

okay this one is niche i fear but it's this one mystery candle i got where if you burn it it turns into a different color

OKAY FOUND IT. the fairy talent sorting candle from a shop called Relive the Magic at Home on tiktok shop

the scent profile is Wild Peach Poppies (does smell more like peaches) and i think it fits him nicely :3

Sylus:

Definitely the vampire blood candle i have from bath and body works

its his aesthetic AND it smells very nice

like a fruity kinda smell ! i feel he'd like that :3

would probably light it and make his room look more like a vampire lair so he could lure you in and bite you even (what is with this man and biting.)

Caleb:

okay actually this one isn't MY candle specifically but my sister got this one candle that she kept burning that was like. coffee?

i forgot all what was in it but definitely coffee smelling

i feel Caleb would smell like coffee to me, but like a sweet coffee. maybe if you mix caramel and coffee

either that or like....an apple cinnamon candle (even though those candles somehow smell like fruit punch to me everytime)

Nightmare Time: Dreams of a Golden Goat

Summary: Cecelia Dabria was, at the very least, living a normal life. Of course, she’d get weird looks with the way she dresses or acts, but she doesn’t mind. However, one little thing that she buys will change her life forever.

TWs: the lords in black mention (kinda. more so their doll forms so far), uhhh long text KSJGNSEJK

Chapter 1 (this one), Chapter 2, (maybe more to come im flying by the seat of my pants for this one im ngl)

~~~ Chapter 1 ~~~

Hatchetfield. A small island town located in Michigan, right next to Clivesdale. But no one cares about Clivesdale, actually.

It was a cool November day, the day before Thanksgiving and Black Friday. Stores bustled in Lakeside Mall with eager shoppers, shops doing some early deals before the infamous friday, and people hanging out when they can with various drinks and snacks.

One of these people was Cecelia Dabria, a senior at Hatchetfield High. She was a tall figure, made possible with her black platform boots, with tan skin, a buff stature, and long golden blonde hair that almost reached to the middle of her thighs. She wore a black trenchcoat over a yellow sweater that held a ribcage design on it, her black belt with a skull buckle, and black chained pants that flared at the bottom and covered the top of her boots. She wore heavy eyeliner and black eyeshadow that matched her lipstick, and had various piercings. One on her left eyebrow, two on her bottom lips, and crucifix earrings dangling from her ears.

If anyone saw her, they’d say she’d look like a gothic Final Fantasy character.

She was walking through the mall, not paying any particular attention to anything or anyone. She got some odd looks from some of the other teens there, some hushed whispers over here, but she didn’t care.

Cecelia never really cared. She liked what she liked, and it didn’t hurt anyone.

The golden goth silently walked, looking at the small stores throughout the mall as she did, then stopped in front of the one store she needed to go to.

Toy Zone.

She looked up at the sign that hung outside the store before entering, seeing a few crowds of people in the store, along with an unimpressed woman at one of the registers.

“Hey, welcome to Toy Zone,” The woman said, unenthusiastically.

Cecelia huffed out a small, quiet laugh to herself. Clearly, the employee was tired.

It wasn’t until another person, a man, came out with some boxes that the lady forced a smile.

“Lex, did you put up those dolls yet for Friday?” The man, Frank Pricely, asked.

The lady, Lex, sighed again, rubbing her eyes a bit. “Sorry, sir, I have not. I’ve been sort of busy.”

Frank sighed, but nodded in understanding, “Fair. At least we’re still making sales!”

He then turned to see Cecelia, looking between the two employees with a sort-of amused look.

“Oh! Hello, miss. Sorry if we distracted you from your shopping today,” Frank said, politely and sweetly. Almost too sweetly.

“It’s okay,” Cecelia answered, her voice a little deep but still feminine, “I just came to see what was new. I’ve been trying to get something for one of my friends, but haven’t had any luck so far.

“Well, we do have a preview of the new Wiggly dolls coming out on Friday. Would you like to see?” Frank asked, putting the box on the floor.

“...I’m sorry, but “Wiggly”? That’s a weird name for a toy,” Cecelia said, but still walked over to see.

Frank pulled out one box, holding the famed Wiggly doll. A green fluffy doll with octopus tentacles on his face and staring yellow eyes.

Cecelia looked at it, thought for a moment, then shook her head no.

“Sorry, but…Not interested,” Cecelia commented, “I don’t think she’d like that sort of thing.”

Frank shrugged and put it back into the box, “Suit yourself.” He then smiled his best manager/owner of the store smile, “If you need any help, let us know.”

Cecelia nodded in thanks, gave a small “thank you”, and started to walk through the aisles of Toy Zone, letting the two employees work their jobs.

As Cecelia walked, she looked through the shelves of toys, ranging from toys made for toddlers or pre-schoolers to more intricate action figures or collectibles for adults. She hummed, not finding anything yet.

“Damn, Ruth Fleming, you’re hard to shop for sometimes,” Cecelia muttered to herself, then sighed in defeat. She turned to walk out of the aisle and into a new one.

After a few more minutes of searching, the goth sighed in defeat. “Maybe I should go back to that Spencers. Maybe they have more stuff in stock now.”

Before she left the store, however, she stopped in the last aisle as something caught her eye. She stood in front of it, in slight awe.

It looked like the Wiggly doll she was shown earlier, but this time different. It looked more like a goat instead of a furry octopus creature, with yellow fur, two bulging blue eyes and a blue tongue sticking out of its tongue, two dark yellow ram horns on its head, and a goofy smile on its plastic face.

Cecelia picked up the box, and read the text on it. “Tinky…” She turned the box, not seeing enough information on the doll. Maybe it was a defected box?

However, the doll felt…oddly comforting to her. She loves the color yellow, and she liked the silly yet sort-of unsettling vibes of this goat doll.

“Well…Maybe I could buy myself at least a present…” Cecelia mused to herself, and then started to walk to the register with the Tinky doll in head.

She placed the doll on the register, and watched as Lex looked at the doll in a little bit of disgust.

“...Is the friend you’re shopping for into this?” Lex asked.

“Oh, no, this is…a selfish present, I guess. I think he’s cool,” Cecelia answered.

“...Alright,” Lex judged a bit, but otherwise rang up the goat doll and put it in a bag. 

Cecelia pulled out the cash she has in her black chain wallet, paid for the doll, and grabbed the bag once it was handed to her.

“Thank you, come again soon,” Lex said, the same zero-level enthusiasm she had earlier.

“Of course. I hope you have a good day,” Cecelia answered, and left Toy Zone.

“Okay,” Cecelia sighed to herself, “Let’s go find that gift for Ruth.”

She started to walk back to the store, plastic bag crinkling in her right hand as she walked.

sequel to this post because i've been seeing edits of the catch 22 event where they put the fnaf sound effects over them

You laying in bed and reacting to LADS men recreating the FNAF 2 Withered Foxy jumpscare at you as revenge

Xavier:

imagine if you will. You're in bed, all cozy and warm and eepy. Waiting for your boyfriend to come and cuddle you

The door to your shared bedroom opens to reveal a dark hallway. You can't really see into the darkness.

Then you hear running footsteps, and the image of Xavier jumping towards you out of NOWHERE while that familiar jumpscare sound effect plays from his phone.

You scream and try to dodge, but the blanket keeps you sort-of there, allowing Xavier to tackle you essentially.

He lands onto your legs, then scoots up quickly and lays his head on your chest, hugging you tightly like a koala.

"...What was that, starlight?" You ask.

"Mmm...think of it as a sneak attack." Xavier answers

Zayne:

he probably wouldn't do this honestly. HOWEVER. hear me out on this hypothetical because i think it'd be funny

So you two are vacationing and you're in bed, reading. You put the book down and then lay down more properly

You hear squeaking of someone walking on hardwood floors, so you sit up.

"...Zayne? Honey?"

Next thing you know, the scream plays as your beloved, in red plaid pajamas mind you, practically jumps to land on you.

You scream loudly, and then go "oof!" when he lands on you almost perfectly, half his body on you and half on his side of the bed.

He situates as you sit in shock, his head laying on your stomach and hugging you tightly.

"You scared the shit out of me, Zayne!"

"....Call that payback for when you did that to me."

Rafayel:

oh it would go badly methinks. failboy /j

You're getting ready to sleep in bed, scrolling on your phone.

Suddenly, there's a notif from your boyfriend in texting. A link to a video.

You press on the link, only to be met by the fnaf 2 scream. You jump a bit. Now why would you send that?

Then you hear running as you look up to see a flash of purple coming towards you.

You scream out of horror, and dodge, letting Rafayel land safely on the spot you were in.

After he lands, he looks up at you with a cute pouty face.

"Seashell, why would you do that?"

"Why would you do that to me though?!"

"As payback for when you did this last time!"

"Oh-"

You laugh a bit and go back into bed, letting him hold onto you for dear life (like usually when you two cuddle)

Sylus:

I also won't think he would do this, but also it'd be scarier if he did since he seems to manipulate shadows.

You'd be in bed, waiting for Sylus, when you feel...an energy shift. As if something was watching you.

You look around the room, now a little on edge.

Suddenly you hear a scream (made by him) as he appears from a very shadowy corner of the bed room and runs at you

You scream bloody murder before being pounced on by Sylus, going "oof!"

You were scared as hell as you looked down with Sylus's head now on your chest.

"What the hell was that about?!"

"Nothing, kitten. I just simply wanted to spend time with you."

Luke and Kieran run in, ready to attack anyone who they thought was going to attack you and Sylus.

...You had to explain what happened as Sylus holds you close, doing his stupid ass smug smile.

Caleb:

Oh he'd so do this, mark my worms

You'd be on the couch, your lap covered in a blanket as you're reading while laying down, taking up the whole couch.

You hear footsteps, and you look up to see Caleb running at you full speed with the scream playing from the phone in his pocket

You yelp and raise your hands to protect yourself, letting Caleb land on you

You then looked at him, his head on your chest now, with a playfully curious look.

"Now what was that for, Caleb?"

"Well, I had to get my revenge somehow, pipsqueak."

You hit him on the head (playfully and lightly) before he hugs you, starting to cuddle with you on the couch.

Doesn't like the grease makeup halloween stores sell (spirit halloween when i get you) so we gotta use non-gross feeling makeup

When he's in costume, he would eat any pumpkin themed pastry if he's feeling like a snack. (to be more in character, he says. and i say "of course my darling aurora borealis ily so much")

Rafayel:

of course Raoul and Christine from Phantom of the Opera. Would've been Phantom but didn't want to be the one who would lose Christene

I'm thinking specifically the Raoul in the ending scene in the 2004 movie with the white shirt and he's getting backed up to the gate by the Phantom.

Wouldn't need makeup (says he has the perfect face for it)

okay so ik i said last halloween themed post that he'd be a vampire and you'd be a vampire's victim. however. hear me out. Paul and Emma from The Guy Who Didn't Like Musicals but like infected versions

you get Sylus in a cute looking basic suit, and you get a cute barista outfit

You'd have to do special effects makeup on each other (Sylus knows what to do :3)

You two stay in (too dangerous to trick or treat in the N109 zone) so you have a scary movie night with Sylus, Luke and Kieran. family movie night :D

Caleb:

ooo this one is hard........I think it'd probably be Snow White and the Prince from the snow white movie (NOT THE NEW ONE. THE ACTUAL ANIMATED MOVIE)

Idk i think seeing him in a princely outfit would be kinda cute. it'd fit him (unless you wanna be the prince, which in that case that's based as hell and he'd agree)

No makeup involved (maybe a little highlighter to make him at least. somewhat glittery at the very least)

Would prevent you from eating apple pastries and whatnot if you're dressed as Snow White (for funny)

LADS men and their fall weather fun (because im sad that summer is almost here i want it to be fall once more !!!)

Xavier:

Xavier I think would have a higher cold weather tolerance. Not by a lot but just enough. He's fine going out in a hoodie and jeans. Maybe some cute boots too if its wet from the rain.

I think if Halloween was a thing in the LADS universe, he'd love to try and make cute pumpkin treats or spooky halloween treats. He'd fail of course but you can always help him with that :3

I think he'd dress up as a bedsheet ghost for Halloween

Besides Halloween, his favorite thing would be to stay at home with you and cuddle until you two fall asleep. <3

Zayne:

I know he has an Evol that's ice and that he does get evol backlash but i think he has an average cold weather tolerance (just a little less so if he has the backlash). Would dress appropriately for the weather of course.

If Halloween was a thing, I think he'd like to try making sweets with you too. However, he would be the type of house to also hand out apples to trick-or-treaters. You'd be in charge of candy (he'd eat it all if he was)

He'd dress as either a zombie doctor or a skeleton. (oh! and the skele'un! that was real special /ref)

Besides spooky stuff, I think he'd like to try and get cafe dates with you! Getting nice pumpkin flavored treats :3

Rafayel:

Cold weather tolerance wise, I think Rafayel would be less average, and will be dramatic about it (complain about it even though he's dressed with more layers, placing cold hands on your neck, etc.)

Halloween, definitely Phantom of the Opera costume (he has that Phantom of the Siren outfit) and he does give out candy! However he also tries to keep some so you two can have candy.

Would try to make various spooky or nice fall paintings for the season.

His favorite thing to do with you would be trick or treating with you. I think he'd enjoy it, and you're never too old to trick or treat :D

Sylus:

Strangely, cold tolerance wise, I think he'd be a tiny less immune to it, and that combined with his idea of fashion > comfort (i think he's like that at least SOMETIMES) he does get sick at one point during fall.

Halloween, of course he's going to go all out. He's turning his fancy ass house into more of a vampire lair.

Would get matching couple costumes with you (most popular idea with him is a vampire with his victim)

I don't think the N109 Zone would be safe for trick or treating so you two can either A) go to your apartment to do so or B) just. snack on the candy while watching scary movies

Luke and Kieran also dress up as spooky twins from media (which has scared you at least twice and Sylus once)

Sylus's favorite fall thing to do with you is stay inside while it's storming/raining and just...vibing. Just listening to the rain.

Caleb:

This motherfucker would wear basketballs shorts in cold rainy weather you cannot pry that from me (of course wears a jacket though to protect his metal arm) (also strangely doesn't get sick from it....how the fuck does he do it)

For Halloween, he'd be the ultimate prankster I think. He'd always try and scare you like he's Michael Afton from the FNAF 4 game. Would also trick or treat with you (he's wearing an old timey pilot costume with the hat and goggles and scarf)

Besides trying to spook you, he likes to do a lot of fall activities actually. His favorite is going to a farm with you to pick out apples and pumpkins to make jack-o-lanterns and various treats. Very cottage-core and cute! (also he always buys apple cider and apple cinnamon donuts with you. you both eat those donuts in one bite, even)

LADS Men if you take them to Disneyland California (Bonus: i force them onto haunted mansion because its my favorite ride evers)

Xavier:

I feel he'd be the most chill person to go to the park with. He doesn't mind waiting in lines if they're not too long and packs the essentials (sunscreen, water bottles, maybe ponchos)

I feel like his favorite rides would be the carousel, the teacup ride (if you don't spin it fast), or tiki room

Would want to try all the snacks. his favorite is either a mickey mouse ice cream bar OR the sourdough bread from California Adventure

(Bonus: Does go on Haunted Mansion, and either A) falls asleep because it's dark or B) at least sorta spooked)

Zayne:

I think would not want to go if its an especially crowded day but would enjoy it otherwise because hes with you :3 also packs the essentials along with some basic first aid stuff just in case

I think his favorite ride would be the disneyland railroad (dont fucking yell at me if its not a ride IT IS TO ME !!!) or the winnie the pooh ride

I think he'll probably eat more healthier snacks/snacks he brought from home, however doesnt say no to a very nice churro :3

(Bonus: He would be kinda freaked out a little bit i think of Haunted Mansion but does like it when its Haunted Mansion Holiday)

Rafayel:

I think he'd be very much excited to go with you!!! wanting to ride all the rides and see all the art. up to you to pack essentials somewhat (of course he brings water bottles)

His favorite ride is definitely the little mermaid ride in california adventure. got scared when you show him a clip of the Ursula animatronic being headless that one time

I think he'd like the beignets. i see him as a beignet person

(Bonus: Would ride Haunted Mansion but is definitely clinging to you for dear life)

Sylus:

Also would want to go when its less crowded. Does pack the essentials too but maybe over the top (maybe too much sunscreen bottles)

I do think his favorite ride is either the Pirates ride or Haunted Mansion

He's a fancy bitch so i think he'd probably not get a lot of snacks. however won't say no to the carnation cafe for lunch (yummy food is stored in there)

(Bonus: also a haunted mansion fan. Would hold you if you do get scared. would point out the red-eyed raven animatronic and go "look its mephisto :D")

Caleb:

i dont know much about Caleb at this point (hes exploded to me) but i feel he'd be excited to go with you !

His favorite ride is definitely Star Tours. Would be sad about it not being like it was back then (captain rex i miss you everyday)

I think he'd be a Mickey Pretzel or Candy Apple kinda dude. probably moreso candy apple

(Bonus: does go on Haunted Mansion with you. You two break down in the graveyard scene. you count a jumpscare from a gravestone like. 7 times before you start going again. for funny)

Yknow what honestly I'm ngl to you I've been writing these for fun so I don't know about requests but I'll take this one because I do have a big old interest in medical things too xD

However the format is gonna be a little different because I'm writing this on my phone ‼️‼️

* Zayne was all around qualified as a great cardiovascular doctor in Akso Hospital. And for good reason!

* He studies and works hard and takes great care of his patients

* However, despite being a Hunter, you're also interested in the medical side of things. Especially about the human body.

* So sometimes when Zayne is working, you'd steal some of the text books he has on his bookshelf to read for fun.

* It happens so often that you made a little pile of books instead of putting them back onto the shelf.

* Zayne doesn't notice until he had a day off, and he sees you on the couch, wearing a shirt of his and drinking your favorite beverage while reading the books.

* He smiles as you and goes to sit next to you on the sofa, a little amused.

* "Snow angel, why are you reading my books? Aren't you a Hunter?"

* "I read these for fun :3"

* "oh-"

* He finds it very sweet and even tells you about things he's seen (not including names or any specific details of course. He's gotta respect HIPPA)

* However does ask you to put it back on his shelf.

* "I love the fact that you are interested in what I do as well as learning about the body, but I do like being organized too."

LADS Men laying in bed and reacting to you recreating the FNAF 2 Withered Foxy jumpscare (aka you basically pouncing onto him to cuddle with him)

Xavier:

okay so imagine. He's laying in bed, it's night time, and he's eepy as usual

Suddenly, the door to your shared bedroom opens. It's dark in the hallway

You play the fnaf 2 jumpscare sound effect from your phone as you run in and basically jump to land onto Xavier.

He teleports away, leaving you to jump onto the bed only.

After you land onto your comfy bed, you look up at Xavier who is now standing by the bed and holding a hand to his chest.

"You scared me there, darling."

Gets into bed next to you and starts to cuddle with you normally.

Zayne:

Zayne is working on his laptop in bed, so you decide to wait until he's done.

Once he closes the laptop and sets it to the side, that's when you attack.

The scream sound effect from your phone plays from your pajama pants pocket as you run in and pounce onto Zayne.

You do land on him, but then bounce off and land onto the empty bedside beside him.

Zayne looks at you, bewildered but amused.

"...My dear, what was that all about?"

You explain that you just wanted to cuddle with him, and he sighs before pulling you close.

"You could've just asked. I wouldn't of said no."

Rafayel:

This is one of the few times he's voluntarily in bed instead of painting all night, so you wanted to surprise (scare) him.

You set your phone in your pocket, and as soon as Rafayel was comfy in bed, you play the sound and leap onto Rafayel.

Rafayel screams LOUDLY and dodges, making you land onto the bed and him fall off the bed.

You quickly get up and look over the side of the bed, looking at Rafayel who was now pouting and panting hard.

"You okay, Rafayel?"

"No! Obviously not, cutie! What the heck was that?!"

You had to explain, but then he sighs and gets back into bed.

"I can see why you got so excited....Just never do that again, cutie. For both our sakes."

Sylus:

Luke and Kieran went in on this idea, with Kieran recording on his own phone as Luke provided the sound effects from his.

Once everything was set up and Sylus was in bed and waiting for you, you run in (while leaving the door wide open as you opened it) and try to jump onto the bed.

Sylus uses his Evol to keep you in the air. He looks at you, confused.

"Kitten, what are you doing?"

"....Nothing."

You had to explain while the twins laughed in the background. After you explained everything, Sylus put you on the bed with a playful eye roll.

"I can't believe you three thought of this up. Well, at least I get to hold my beloved close in the end."

The twins left after that, fake gagging like a little kid seeing their parents kiss.

Caleb:

still don't know much about him (and i dont feel romantic towards him) so uh. i dont know how to write this one JKSNGJSK

okay uh. He's in bed of course, after reading a book and now waiting for you.

You open the door slowly, and the scream sound effect plays as you jump onto him.

However, you forget his arm is. metal.

So you hit yourself (not enough to cause serious injury thank god) and then fall onto your side of the bed.

Caleb looks at you, concerned but laughing.

"Oh no, are you okay???"

"Fuck you, I'm not !!!"

However, you do recover (with a new bruise or 2 now) and start to cuddle with him. Him poking fun at you due to your prank, of course.
