"y/n!" I wake up from pounding on my door "y/n wake up you're late again!" I hear my mother yell through the door. ugh, fuck not one of those meetings again sitting down with other people making deals with the times they don't agree with us and it ends up them wanting money. " why do I have to be in this all the time?" I mutter under my breathe I check my phone and see the time that it is 10:39 am great.. " Y/n! come on we don't have all day sweetie" I roll my eyes and wait until she walks away from the door for me to get ready so she won't walk in while she sees the mess in my room.

Mommy, why did daddy kill that man?

I stare out the window and see my parents talking to the driver I guess things still haven't changed huh? I sighed and grabbed my jacket but I remembered that the vape was still sitting on my desk. "shit I forgot" I grabbed it quickly and put it in my pocket " I need you just in case"

It's been months since I haven't seen my best friend not just because of this situation because my parents don't let me see him for his safety. " mom when can I see Jungkook?" I ask and she just ignores me focused on her paperwork, "mom-" I tug on her dress but she yanks my hand towards her "y/n don't you understand that you cant!" those memories flow back into my head constantly mother isn't like this all the time but.. she is just very controlling. I open the door and see my father standing in front of my door about to knock on my door "oh you are ready!" I nodded and shut the door behind me walking beside him not saying a word to him, " y/n what am I going to do with you?" he mutters to himself.

I plug in my headphones so I won't hear everyone around me since I don't want to be bothered by anyone else I know they are just going to ask me dumb questions. looking out the window I can imagine seeing myself having a normal life with no problems outside this place but I guess it can't happen, I see a couple with their daughter as we stop at the red light playing with her on the playground looking happy.. why could of my parents focused on me like that? I can feel my father staring at me knowing that he is thinking about what is going on in my head but notices that I'm staring at the couple with the little girl, he sighs looking down at his palms he knows he can't talk to his daughter she's grown up what can he do?.

"Honey, do you think she can handle this on her own?"

Do what on my own? if they are planning another thing that I'm not agreeing on then I'm leaving. "shit!!" the driver steps on the brakes hard making us all flung forward, "Zeke what's going on?!!" my dad panics as he looks forward and sees two black cars blocking our way. " god damnit drive Zeke!!" my dad holds us together as Zeke speeds up the car in reverse trying to get away from whoever it was, " dad what's going on?" he looks around trying to see if he can see those cars again " it's him isn't it.." my mom whispers making my heart drop seeing my dad's eyes go cold.

Min yoongi wants 34 million from us we don't have the money

"I'm sorry for putting you both in this" I can see tears go down his cheeks I had never seen my dad cry before not even whenever I got hurt badly, " dad it's okay" I got closer to him and hug him from the side trying to comfort him. " Y/n Promise whatever happens to us you'll take over okay?" the mother says while handing me her ring and gun that she used, "what mom are you crazy?!" I shake my head not believing what she is saying, why is she talking like she is leaving me?. "I'm sorry sweetie it's for the best" my heart breaks as they both hug me goodbye what have I done? is it my fault that I've come here? "Zeke takes her somewhere safe " Zeke looks at the rear mirror and nods pulling over to another car.

" promise me y/n you'll learn from Zeke and protect yourself" mother kisses me on the forehead one last time before shutting the door and driving off. " Zeke...." I whisper not even looking at him " it's okay y/n they will be alright don't worry"
