ive been struggling with drawing, and instead of being “i should just do my own thing” i tried to learn how to do these things like serious rendering and trying to add styles to mine and i got really frustrated and looked at my art from a few months ago and was like “lemme do my own thing”

i get worried my art isnt as good as others, and maybe its not, but im okay with that, ive been drawing for years and ive come a long long way, and im only 21, who knows what itll look like when im 23, i may look back on this and cringe at it

i get discouraged bc i see ppl get all of these commissions and be able to live off of them, and i worry my art isnt good enough to buy and support myself with, but i just havent found my audience yet, or the algorithm just hates me or whatever, i dont wanna use my art to draw for other ppl and get paid, but it would be nice go have SOME kinda income that isnt me killing myself at a job i cant stand in the meantime, til i get an actual job

life is hard rn, but i gotta try n just enjoy it while its possible
