Oops, I never uploaded this one to Tumblr (which I only realized when someone else did, but then was kind enough to tag me, thank you)!

This is the comic that kickstarted my obsession with telling stories with as few panels as I could (usually 10-11 haha), so it’s got a soft spot in my heart.

Been working on this on and off for a few weeks now and I think this is about as done as it’s gonna get! This is Morgan from the Divine, this time featuring fire! Since fire is a big deal in the story.

Without Divines, souls rot and fester, becoming trapped to never be reborn. It’s a sacred position bestowed upon individuals by the god of the dead. The only problem, however, is Morgan is considerably younger than Divines should be. Barely seventeen and he’s hardly had a life lived. Sending souls invite memories into himself that slowly erode his own. Each time, a piece of himself strips away and he fears that before long, he’ll lose who he is.One day, a young man from town falls into his room and offers to help him escape. Leaving would mean turning his back on everything he’s ever known, but if he doesn’t, then he’ll lose himself entirely.
