HOW-TO: Resin Earrings
Prepare the following materials: UV resin, UV lamp (optional), silicone mold, recycled foil/ any recycled material that will fit into the mold, earring studs, metal glue, popsicle stick, and wooden stick.
1. First, pour the resin onto the mold halfway.
2. Place the recycled material on top of the resin in the mold. You can use your wooden stick to place the design properly. Just don’t press it too much because it may sink deeper into the resin.
3. When you are happy with the design, pour more resin onto the mold until the full. Be careful with pouring because it may overflow.
4. Flatten the resin using a popsicle stick.
5. Place the mold under a UV lamp or under the sun until it cures. To make sure it cures properly, it is best to leave it overnight/ for a day.
Tips: To remove the bubbles in the resin, you can use a lighter to heat the surface of the resin.

3. I used masking tape to make the edges neater.
Small:
1. I took a small box at home and cut the side flaps.
2. Using masking tape, I taped the bottom flaps to make another sturdy side.
3. I cut the side flaps to make dividers.

HOW-TO: Bottle Cap Coaster
Like drinking beverages but hate the marks they leave on the table? Make your own coaster using bottle caps (plastic or metal)!
Form the caps into any shape you want, and use a glue gun to stick them to each other. Afterwards, glue them to any cardboard or sturdy material you have (I recycled an old cardboard box). Keep it simple, or add designs.
More specific instructions:
Materials: metal caps, glue gun, glue sticks, cardboard or cork board, scissors
1. Pick a design or shape you want your coaster.
2. Choose the metal caps you want to use.
3. Glue the metal caps to each other using the glue gun and sticks.
4. Stick the glued metal caps onto the cardboard or cork board.
5. Cut out the design/ shape of the glued metal caps.
6. You can leave it as is or color in the cardboard/ cork board.
And voila! Your very own coaster! Never again to coffee marks in the morning.
