Bandstand said here’s a representation of complex mental illness, grief, unhealthy and healthy coping mechanisms. Here’s an auditory representation of flashbacks, a visual cue to go along with it. Here’s a cast of characters who experienced horrors greater than anything most people can imagine, who found solace with each other and in the music they created together. Here’s an album full of excellent songs. Here’s incredible choreography. Here’s some of the best acting you’ve seen on stage in years.

In case you didn’t know, the ladies of Broadway Princess Party did an amazing quarantine parody to Hercules’ Go the Distance, and it is everything.
It’s called “Keep Your Distance”, and not only are their voices incredible, but the lyrics are hilarious and an important message about keeping others safe and healthy.
