CLG 3 is a group of students who uses STEM as a building block for their dream career. CLG 3 promote STEM to other young learners who have the same dream as them because they know STEM works, STEM works for them, it became the building blocks that will help them achieve their goals, they haven’t reached it yet, but there is already a piece or block because of STEM.

Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics in our system and communities is life-changing for young learners to prepare them for college and their careers. This field is “CREATE” so that young learners can gain Creativity, Resilience, Encourage Adaption, Teamwork and Experimentation. We encourage young learners to choose this strand when they have skills and abilities that suit this field, bringing them one step closer to succeeding and finding the right career for them. Building blocks are the rebuilding of skills and development of their ability, that can be put together to make something successful for their bright future up ahead. It is a set of evidence-based skills and mindsets that facilitate and foster success in life and school. By building a path or way that they can follow can be help on overcome challenges and inspire them to do impossible things to possible. Engaging young learners to choose the right options and gaining new skills have a big impact on their lives. They can also be able to learn a soft skill and develop it while gaining valuable experience in a competitive environment, that they needed to be a success in their dream careers. To all young learners who do not have any courage and confidence about their dream job or career, because they think they’re not good enough for that kind of career but they want to pursue it, the STEM strand is willing to help to discover and develop their character.
