Make your own refreshing after beach popsicle. Mix 2 ml Joost with 2,4 dl water. If you like, add small pieces of fruits or berries for decor. When you’re coming home with a back that’s tired and tight from too much sitting down, here’s how to soften it up: Bend one of your legs slightly, and at the same time, twist your upper body and tilt the same shoulder downwards. For an even better result, place a broom stick, or something similar, over your shoulders. This isolates your abs, using no help from your upper body. You don’t need a gym to work out. Do you have a wall at hand? Then, we have the perfect exercise for you. Here’s how to do it: Stand on the floor and do push-ups against the wall. The further from the wall you stand, the tougher it gets. For an extra challenge, lift your leg, or try standing on your toes. Repeat 10–20 times. Let the TV’s commercial break be a great exercise opportunity. For example, let your abs and legs get to work doing deep squats. Imagine you’re sitting down into an invisible chair, push your butt back and keep your knees behind your toes. Sink down low, as far as you can, aim for 90 degrees. Want a tougher exercise? Do small kicks to the side between each squat, this also exercises your balance. Repeat 10–20 times.

Pack your picnic basket with healthy and tasty Caesar Salad Wraps! Here’s what you need to serve two persons: 300 g chicken breast (for lower calorie intake: 220 g), 2 tortillas, 1 dl olive oil, 1 tbsp. light mayonnaise, 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese, 2 tsp lemon juice, crushed garlic, lettuce romaine, pepper and 2 apples. Make a dressing from lemon, oil, mayonnaise and garlic. Grill the chicken breast for 4–6 minutes on each side. Let it cool, and slice it up into bite-sized pieces. Mix the salad, the dressing, the parmesan and the chicken and place the mix on the tortillas. Serve with an apple on the side. Enjoy the first sun rays of the day in the company of a healthy, delicious turkey bacon and egg sandwich! Here’s what you need: 2 slices of turkey bacon, 1 egg, 2 egg whites (for lover calorie intake: 3 egg whites only), 1 whole grain scone, 1 tbsp. grated cheese or 0.5 sliced avocado, 1 tomato slice, a handful of spinach and 2.5 dl orange or grapefruit juice. Fry the bacon and let the fat drain off. Cook the eggs. Heat up your scone, then sprinkle cheese or put avocado on one half. Add eggs, tomato, spinach and bacon and place the other half of the scone on top.
