I love nonfiction that I simply cannot relate to at all. "it's easy to get addicted to buying fast fashion! I used to spend thousands of dollars on it a year!" okay. you're a space alien.

#when I was a kid I would get T-shirts a size or two too big so that I could wear them for longer #there was one shirt I got when I was 9 that I wore for ten years and the only reason I stopped wearing it was that I finally outgrew it #(the tit fairy paid a visit when I was 18-19 and the shirt no longer fit around my bust)#there's one shirt I got when I was sixteen that I got a few sizes too large that I use as a pyjama shirt now because it's not in the best #condition (cat claws put holes in it) but it still fits so I've been using it for thirteen years now #the tit fairy paying me a visit around when I finished high school was actually really annoying #just about every shirt I had in high school no longer fits because I'm bustier now #and I honestly kinda hate clothes shopping especially when I can't just touch the fabric and see if I can tolerate wearing it #so the people who buy large amounts of clothing a year? their brains are doing something very different than mine is

I desperately want to fight whoever invented the lights that get used in schools and offices and like walmarts and grocery stores and also whoever the fuck decided that they were good ideas to put in all of those places
