As you may have seen in one of our prior announcements, but Stayblr has been working on Photocards!

Our second collection of photocards, The Year of the Ssstay, is to celebrate the Lunar New Year. This year is the year of the Snake and we have incorporated traditional Lunar New Year styles to bring this concept to life! We invite you to come and collect all the cards in this series ♡

Are you mailing these cards to me?

⤷ These are digital cards! You will recieve a photo of the front and back.

How can I win cards?

⤷ You can get them through Giveaways, contests, and games!

How do we trade the cards?

⤷The short answer is... you don’t. At least, not in the traditional sense. Stayblr Photocards are all about connecting with other Stays!

Here’s how it works: let’s say Katie has Lee Know and I have Hyunjin. Instead of swapping cards like a traditional trade, we share them with each other. Now, Katie has both Lee Know and Hyunjin, and so do I! It’s about building connections, growing your collection, and making friends along the way.

Think of it as a way to meet and chat with other Stays while sharing these special cards

How do I collect them? ⤷You can use the app Pcollect! Or follow our photocard guides

How do I use Pcollect?

⤷When you open the app you should see it say Idols. Click on the plus sign in the upper right hand corner.

A screen should pop up that says New idol. Add the name and photo you want

Once you have named the idol your going to click on them and click the plus sign on the upper right corner

Click on "missing photocards"

You should now have the option to add from camera roll.

Select the photo you wish to add

You have now added the card!

How do I create a binder?

Click on binder in the bottom right

click the plus sign and name your new binder. you can now click on any of the squares and add your desired photo

I have a couple of questions about the contest guidelines and submission process:

I plan to post my story in parts around Christmas. Would this disqualify me from participating? Alternatively, could I create a single post consolidating the entire story after I’ve shared the parts to meet the contest requirements?

My story is a romantic Christmas tale, but it’s about 19,000 words long—well over the stated word limit. I’d prefer not to alter the flow of the narrative significantly to meet the limit. Is there any possibility of participating with a story that exceeds the word count?

For context, I began working on this story before I saw your announcement, so it’s not written specifically for the contest but aligns with its theme and spirit. I wanted to confirm these details to ensure I follow the rules correctly.

To answer your questions:

Posting in Parts: We ask that all submissions be a standalone story, meaning the entire story should be in one post. Readers shouldn’t need to read multiple parts to understand the story. Please make sure to post the full story in one go.

Word Count: The story needs to be between 4,000 and 10,000 words. We understand your story is longer, but unfortunately, we can’t make exceptions to the word limit. If possible, we recommend shortening your story while keeping the main points intact.

It’s completely fine that your story was written before the contest announcement, as long as it fits the theme and hasn't been published elsewhere.
