The menu didn’t even have calories on it. I had a burger bc I know that’s something that I can eat (I didn’t really know what anything else was tbh) and ordered a kid’s portion. I only ate half and gave the rest to my uncle. I’m hoping I didn’t eat too much. I can’t even give an estimate of how much I ate because the menu didn’t have calories. Going out for a run so hopefully I can burn off whatever I ate.
We’re eating out tonight but the restaurant doesn’t have an online menu to look at so I can’t even see what I want to eat. It’s making me so anxious.

Guys it’s fine, I think it was just water weight. I’ve lost another pound so we’re good now
I’ve been eating under 800-1000 calories a day but my weight has literally not changed. Not a single bit. Idk what I’m doing wrong. I’m burning more calories than I’m taking in. Unless my metabolism has gone to shit again.

Ugh family came home last night and we ended up getting KFC. It was metabolism day anyway but I prefer to eat more light and healthy food. Felt so fucking fat. To top it off I had chocolate from a box of chocolates that they got for me from the airport. I felt awful, thankfully I don’t feel so bloated today but Jesus Christ it was bad.

I feel like shit from doing high restriction this whole week (eating under 200kcal a day) but on the bright side I’ve lost nearly 4lbs in 5 days. I’ve completely lost my appetite from doing this which surprised me because I expected to be so hungry but I’m just not.

My family are on holiday and I decided to stay home because I didn’t want to take time off, which means I don’t have overbearing people making me eat. I’ve been doing OMAD and eating really light (nothing over 300kcal for a meal). The reason I’m not just fasting for a week is because the last time I tried to do that I passed out at work. I’m on my feet all day at work, walking a lot, so I burn off most of what I eat. Hoping to lose a fair bit of weight. I’m not weighing myself yet because I’m on my period and I recently found out that it can make you heavier.
