Just finished Week 4 arms & abs. I feel like so far the workouts have been more arm focused than abs, and that the ab workouts only really focus on the upper half.. hmmm, but im stoked to start the 2nd month and see what I look like at the end of that! I seriously can’t believe the changes I’m seeing in my strength, my attitude, and my body!
