Man it's so hard to choose two, let alone one song. That being said, here are my two absolute favorites

Hyrule Field

There's a deep nostalgia for me everytime I listen to it. The way it flows from excitement showcasing Link's first step out into thw world with the imminent drums in the background as a reminder that he has a duty to fulfill but it doesnt take away the awe. And then the shift change of danger because while the field is beautiful and exciting there are monsters lurking waiting to strike.

Zelda

Now this one is a timeless classic to me. Gentle and moving, with a sense of nobility, a perfect theme for our princess. And it's an iconic song as well.
