so, I was going to be around until I managed to pull / tear a giant muscle in my lower back today. I’m on bed rest because the stress sent my body into freak out mode, and it’s the only way I’m not in so much pain I’m crying. I have an appointment with my high risk specialist to double check on the babies, and hopefully to follow up on myself to get feeling better. I can’t really be around until my back lets up because if I’m not laying in a certain way I’m in agony. Hopefully I can be back soon, and thank you for understanding!
