Been listening to Gavin's albums on repeat for two days now. This song always hit me hard and its hitting me harder now, but it's a gorgeous song, and if you haven't heard it, I recommend giving it a listen. For that matter, the entire EP is great. I would love to see Baz Luhrmann and/or Joe Wright direct a movie version of Natasha, Pierre, and the Great Comet of 1812.
just imagine this really dramatic style for musical sequences...
....plus this focus on little moments/details and dramatic lighting...
to recreate this:
