Day 6 of 50 days of productivity
I have decided that each day i post is a day of productivity, if I don’t post, then nothing changes until I do.
ANYWAY, i’m sorry for not posting any of my own content the past few weeks, i’ve had the time, just not the energy. School’s been slow, I have a bio test thrusday but besides that… nothing much to talk about.
What I’ve done since I posted last:
read five books in four days – i haven’t read since like last august and im so happy to pick up books again!
got 48 out of 50 on my french test – woohoo!!
i got a year older!
and some other stuff
🎧 I Want You to Stay – Victor Lundberg, Matt Bloyd
📚 Tower of Dawn – Sarah J. Maas

Since its the summer, other than tutoring my kids, i’ve been trying to learn Korean. Here’s to hoping that I can take the TOPIK 1 test soon. Been listening to a lot of songs by Bibi lately.

☀️ Day 17 of My 2021 Summer Studying Challenge! ☀️
17th July - What is your typical daily routine in the summer?
i wake up at 8:30am have breakfast while watching netflix or youtube, and then i post on here once i am done. from about 10 to 12 will do various different things so i might do some japanese or make some content, and then at 12 i go and cook myself lunch. i like having a long lunchtime as a time to unwind so it usually goes from 12 to about 2 ish. and then i will either go straight back to work or (more often) read for about an hour. then i guess late afternoon early evening i’ll go back to my desk and do something (again like japanese, writing notes etc.). the evenings are usually more varied and basically depend on what needs to be finished, how i’m feeling, if i’m still hungry or whatever so i don’t really have a routine in the evening. but recently i have been trying to do a bit of cross stitch in the evenings before bed. i usually go to bed at about 22:30 - 23:00 and i’ll read and listen to some music and then go to sleep!
(this ended up being way longer and more in depth than i intend lol - well done if you read all of it!)

this site definitely doesn't allow you to paste the link to any article blocked by a paywall (say, a NYT article) so that you can read it free of charge! that would be illegal and would benefit broke college students too much. it definitely does not do that. promise.

looking for blogs to follow
hello! my name is stars, and i’m looking for other aesthetic blogs to follow.
my aesthetic is somewhere between gray academia and cottagecore that wants to be a lighthouse keeper but feels a pull to concrete cities. (at least, i would summarize it like that). i’m not a fan of things that are *too* crisp/clean, i like some messiness to it. there’s also nothing better than a good summer rain.
if you think this sounds like your blog, rb/like this and i’ll check your blog out!
