Well, in that case, I'll make sure to add it to my list of costume options for Halloween. And for the record, those directors would be crazy not to beg you to return to New York. You're Kurt Hummel, of course they want you to come back. But I'm so glad that you're thriving here and that you've found your niche. I can only hope that will happen to me too, whether it's somewhere around here or back in New York, if I do eventually decide to go back. And thank you, Kurt. I'm still trying to process it all, so I hope the change of scenery will help. As for said friend, I'm not sure if you've ever met him. He went to NYADA as well and Jeremiah and I met him at Callbacks back in college, and he's been part of our friend group ever since. I've actually asked Jeremiah once if something was going on between them, but he said I was just being paranoid, so I let it rest. So much for being paranoid, I suppose.

Yeah... I can tell from experience that this definitely won't be as easy to remove as roll-on glitter. But do tell, mister. What would I have to offer to convince you to put up with my sparkle fever?

I can honestly say, this town should be honored to see you cosplaying as Edward Cullen, but I don't know how receptive they'd be outside of Halloween. I know that feeling, though. I wasn't sure if I was coming home for good when I did, but honestly I've kind of found my niche here so I don't think I'll go back. At least not permanently. Much to several directors chagrin; the amount of 'you're coming back now right' texts I've gotten from one particular director is a bit surprising; I didn't think I'd be missed that much when I left. When it comes down to it, though, you have to do what's best for you. If that's staying back here in Bearcreek and starting over, then do that. If you feel it's going back to New York after a slight break from the city, then that's what you should do. In the end, your happiness and comfort is what matters. I'm sorry about Jeremiah, though. Hopefully being back home will help clear your mind and everything. But...wait, which good friend is he dating now???

A classic Hummel-Anderson duet is definitely overdue, but you have not quite made it quite enticing enough to deal with craft herpes. If it were the roll-on glitter that I know you can easily remove, that would be one thing. I have plenty of that for my nights out. But actual glitter? You're going to have to make that offer way more enticing if I'm going to expose myself to that particular disease.

It's a huge difference, isn't it? I never imagined myself going back for just a visit, to be honest, but it does feel surprisingly good to be back.

Yes, it's such a good name! And I'd be happy to show you around, especially after hearing you like to do cartwheels and singing on park benches. I've always loved to jump on top of a grand piano or park bench to give an impromptu performance from time to time, so I think we'll get along just fine. And believe it or not, but I'm still finding the occasional glitter every now and then. That stuff is brutal. So — are you by any chance free tomorrow for the grand tour?

And we're not constantly rescuing cats from trees, either! Dude! This is awesome because I'm meeting other people who've moseyd on over from New York over here. I'm officially back at the Playwright's, Creekians! (Creekians? Does that work? I don't really think it does…) As much as I love helping my aunt around the diner or helping my father keep his books clear or filling in if a mechanic calls out, but I've been itching to get back on the stage, so with work underway for the new show I'll be spending quite a bit more time in Philly now. Speaking of the new show, though, now that they've finished putting on a few non-musical shows, I've managed to convince Carter to do a production of Anastasia; it's one of my favorite shows, and I've been dying to play Dmitry. I still have to audition for it, but I'm manifesting my own casting. There's an open call on Monday, so if anyone is interested and wants details just drop me a line. On the other hand if you want tickets, I'm sure I can reserve some.

You've got a good point there, so yes, maybe it's better not to talk about him. Although you could always try to steer the conversation towards his role in Batman. And while I'm definitely team Edward when it comes to Twilight, I agree that he looks better as Batman.

I'm sorry to hear you've been so busy that you haven't had much free time to explore Bearcreek yet, but now that you've got that out of the way — congratulations on the new position and welcome to Bearcreek! It's a pleasure to meet you, Matt. I'm Blaine Anderson, and I returned to Bearcreek just a couple of weeks ago myself after living in New York City for almost eleven years. I grew up here, though, so I like to think I know a thing or two about this town.

As for fun things to do around here, I think it all depends on what you like to do for fun. The Confection Connection is my go-to for coffee and baked goods, and it's a great place to meet people, but ‘Sip N’ Time is amazing too and the perfect place to curl up with a good book. The Troubletones Karaoke Bar is one of my personal favourites too, but I'm not sure if you enjoy singing, of course. But even if you don't, it's definitely worth a visit! If you're more of an outdoorsy kind of guy, there's Maple Grove State Park and a ranch just outside of town. Honestly, I could go on for quite a bit longer, but I feel like I've rambled more than enough, and as I said — it all depends on what you're into!

Hellooooooooo Bearcreek! Matt's the name and guess you can consider me somewhat new since I've been here for about three weeks now. Haven't had a whole lot of free time to venture out and get to know this place. Been buried up to my neck in paperwork and trainings as the new Captain at the fire station.

Thanks for the warm welcome, Finn! Luckily, I have quite a bit of experience with glitter myself, thanks to glee club, college, shows, drama camp and pride, so I managed to get most of it cleaned up. So if you ever need help cleaning up glitter in the future, please know that I'm only one call away! Glitter is just one of those things that keep creeping up on you even when you think you've got it all cleaned up. You know, like when you're doing the dishes or vacuuming and you think you're all done, but then you turn around and see you missed a spot even though you'd swear you just cleaned it. But let's hope it works as well for me as it did for Edward! And no, you're right! He's the hot vampire from Twilight, but you might know him better as Batman. There is somewhat of a Twilight Renaissance going on though, so who knows, maybe your students will be super impressed if you mention him.

I won't bore you with all the details, but my fiancé — or ex-fiancé, as I should probably call him now, ended our engagement pretty much out of nowhere a few days ago and now seems to be dating a good friend of ours. So I kind of fled the city as soon as my schedule allowed me to, as I just couldn't stand being there any longer. A change of scenery seemed like a good idea, so... here I am.

As for the glitter, it seems like a few containers broke open when the box fell, but I'm about 99% sure that it was mine anyway, so I've probably got myself to blame either way. And it's okay! It wasn't that bad, actually. Just different than what I expected. Thank you for your optimistic point of view, though - I really needed that. I was afraid that the average person in Bearcreek might think it would be a bit of an odd choice of mine to show up looking like a Twilight vampire on my very first night back here, but maybe I'm not giving them enough credit.
