The Sims 4: Fairies vs. Witches Mod

It’s here! This is a mod I’ve been working on for over a year and I finally feel that it’s good enough to release. Am I too picky about my work? Absolutely. Am I going to change? Absolutely not. There is SO MUCH MORE I want to do with this mod, so keep an eye out for updates and take a look at the bottom of this post to read the list of potential features that could be added in the future! This mod is heavily inspired by tv shows from my childhood such as W.I.T.C.H., Winx Club, Sailor Moon, etc. and contains almost 100 custom animations, a few CAS items, some Buy Mode objects, custom sounds, and LOTS of gameplay, so let’s go over everything!

School Playhouse

Hi eveyone!

The new theme of the playhouse set is "School". Isn't it cute for our little ones to play in different themed playhouses? And @noideabutsims and I have great ideas and plans for this. So stay tuned. 

In addition to the playhouse, decors and items such as the activity table (my favorite item), and the craft table, which you can use functionally with "PandaSama's Toddler Creativity Pack", are also included in the set.

Henford House

A Georgian Style house with sympathetic modern upgrades for a large family or Sim who entertains. There is an office upstairs for a home decorator.

This was made using Sims_architecte_plans inspiring floor plans (I have linked on my Instagram which one). They have some great ideas and I'll definitely be looking to use one of the French inspired ones soon.
