🚨Help a friend recovering from S/ Attempt 🚨

On the night of my birthday Saturday 14th i started to experience terrible benzo withdrawals because I had stop taking my medicine, as a result i tried to commit s/ out from desperation because the symptoms were hell like.

I'm doing fine, i spent some time at the hospital and now I'm home resting

i am making this post if any of you would like to help me through this traumatic experience that has left me with troubles i didn't take in consideration while doing that stupid stuff that Saturday night

Hey let's normalize taking your meds when you need to. Ex: Feeling like your working your way up to a panic attack or where anxiety is overloading you? Take your medicine (If it's safe to do so, if not practice your coping mechanisms!). Feel your pain gaining? Take your medicine (Again if it's safe to do so). Can we just...normalize taking your medicine when you need to? Obviously if it's safe to do so, but take it when you need to not just a case of "Well this person here has it worse and doesn't have any medicine so I shouldn't take it" and instead turn it into "Wow, this person is going through something similar but I still need to take it".
