I’m currently working on a video review of the Shattered Glass Drift model kit by Flame Toys (it’s the WORST), but after that I will be reviewing all of my little Blokees models (the TF One 9-pack)! They are SO cute and I can’t wait to share them all with you!

Please do not gift animals as a surprise, period. If you want to gift an animal, tell that to the person you're giving it to (or their parents if they're a minor) so that you can talk about whether or not that would be a reasonable or even desired gift for that person.

Gifting any animal that isn't a fish isn't just giving a little floofy or scaley joy machine. You are also gifting years to decades of responsibility, buying food, buying enclosure needs/toys/enrichment, paying for pet insurance, etc. For you, it's a one-time cost. For them, it's an expensive committment for the rest of that animal's life, and many people just can't afford that or don't have the time or motivation to give that animal everything it needs to be happy and healthy.

oh, hey! Just wanna give you a heads up to be VERY careful with this waffle maker. Don’t use anything metal to remove the waffles because the coating on the inside WILL scrape off and get into the waffles! I did this by accident bc I was a stupid and it made my husband violently ill the last two times I used it, which were about a week apart. We haven’t used it since, it is purely ornamental now 😅

What makes this so heartbreaking is really because it wasn’t Sentinel who took everything from D, just most things. Sentinel did not put Orion between himself and D’s fusion cannon, Orion chose to do that all on his own. And Sentinel did not fire D’s cannon. D did. All on his own.

D-16 is solely responsible for taking away the last two things he had: Orion Pax, and himself.

okay okay okay so we've all seen that the TF One script is out and specifically this bit:

And it got me thinking when D-16 stands up to Sentinel he says, "I don't have anything left to loose, you took it all. " He still had Orion. His best friend was still there for him. (A little too much.) Because when Orion jumps in front of the gun, now for real this time Sentinel has taken everything from him!!!!!!!

Ayo Starimus, what if Optimus Prime proposed to Elita-1 using/and then uses the exact words he spoke to her when he promoted her to his second-in-command at the end of TF1 AND LIKE THIS (or smth else more attuned to his character):

"I would not want to become Conjux Endura with any other bot, but the bot who is 'better than me in every way'."

That last line, that MUST be a running gag... and yet used for intimate moments like what I just introduced. WHAT ABOUT WEDDING VOWS?! Or even parties/gatherings, announcements, etc.?! Yeah with OP even having E1 come up and speak to the Cybertronians/Autobots with, "my better half"--if fitting their characters in that aspect but I think by itself it's cute <3, and should be aligned with them somehow!!

Though, this would be during peaceful and resolved times, can't have the enemies ruin it all. There would be intimate moments between them in the midst of war from time to time, but they would be... smart and not fully open to the public or blatantly in private either--if you get the gist of it. Somewhat like War for Cybertron, in a way. A natural yet mindful build-up, yeah.

Gosh, I wonder how those customs work too, and with Primus in the picture if relevant.

As much as I wanna go on, and feeling like rn I've got more to add that may be important/I may forget, the bottom line is, I rlly love Oplita man XDDD ^^^^^^

I think about this every night as I fall asleep, you have NO IDEA.

I think it's super cute as a joke between them, and I will be keeping that as their flirty little inside joke, but part of Elita's arc in my bodyguard AU will be the continuation of her journey in learning that she isn't better than OP in every way, just as he isn't better than her in every way.

The main reason their relationship works as well as it does (in G1 and TFO specifically) is not because one is the other's "better half" (tho OP would call Elita that) but because their characters are complimentary. They bring out the best in each other, while still having their individual and joint flaws and struggles. They also just happen to look extremely cute together while doing it <3

So rather than "...better in me in every way..." the proposal and/or their vows will have a statement such as this:

"Not because one of us is better in every way, but because we are best together, as one."

okayyyyy here me out on this one….

fancy dinner party disaster for bodyguard oplita au!

(it’s been established they do exist)

except,,, this dinner party does not go as planned

elita senses a change in atmosphere

believing a drink offered to her prime, she suggests he does not take it, as she slips away from the party to meet the butler whom offered the beverage

unfortunately, oppy ends up taking the drink due to peer pressure from the other guests and he wants to be a good prime and not disappoint anyone

queue him being drugged/spiked, and him being attacked by old followers of sentinel prime (the guards from the beginning)

he could either be attacked or, if u want a lil angst, he gets that nemesis prime treatment and lashes out, forcing elita (and possibly other Autobots) to take on a prime

either way, elita manages to escort him to safety and takes him to a medical bay

she laments on how she could’ve easily lost him again and she wasnt by his side when he needed her most :(((

(unfortunately I couldn’t include all my doodles bc the ask option has a limit of photos but I have a scene in which Elita returns to Optimus when he’s in a hazed state, but he acts all romantical towards her in a garden, she realizing that she does have romantic feelings for him, but refuses to make any moves on him bc he’s not in the right state of mind. in which he practically begs for her yada yada how much he’s been in love w her for so long yada yap. But idk about this “missing scene”,,, thats just me talkin)

This is just…omg so good. I am taking it. I am pulling it out of your gorgeous art and tucking it into the fic like a cozy blanket.

Perhaps Optimus will hold a celebration at the Well of AllSparks to celebrate the completion of its reconstruction, and all Iaconians are welcome to come and go as they please. Some troublesome functionists slip some form of drug into OP’s energon before it reaches him. Elita can sense that something’s not quite right about the bots offering the drink, and Optimus recognizes them as the two Archive guards and is coerced into accepting the energon under the guise of it being a peace offering for being so cruel to him when he was cogless Orion.

Elita takes the energon from them and goes to find where it came from, but one of the guards had a backup, which was assumed to be for that guard. They give that one to Optimus and he appreciatively drinks all of it. Once the drug starts affecting his systems, leaving him dazed and confused (and wondering where his beautiful bodyguard went), the two Archive guards call out a phrase in support of Sentinel (some version of “all hail Sentinel Prime” or something) and launch their assassination attempt on Optimus, who is very nearly overpowered *but* is not seriously injured bc he can still put up a fight, though he does sustain minor damages from the attack by the time Elita comes flying in to incapacitate the Archive guards.

Elita promptly takes Optimus back to Iacon Tower and into the medical bay with the help of a couple other bots. He’s put under for the minor repairs and to flush the drug out of his fuel lines, and Elita watches, brooding and holding back optic coolant the entire time.

The missing scene is absolutely being swept into a later chapter, too :)
