I love the implication that the Glinda and Elphaba just sit across from each other, alone at this giant table just to stare at each other and contemplate how much they hate each other and the whole school knows not to go sit with them an intrude in whatever they have going on

I thought it was really fun actually! Fifteen is a wonderful character and I love how he interacts with everyone he comes across, very excited to see what happens next series (it was a very Moffat episode which isn’t always a good thing but I think it worked here)
#not a fan of the occasional moffatesque callousness but I liked it#I liked the anger and the affection for ordinary life#I liked the silliness and improbability#I liked Anita very much

nothing has proven the tardis has a swear word filter quite like "pardon my french, but what the french?"

the doctor was SUCH a funny little cunt this episode. canonically just landing in stranger's homes or hotels to steal milk. buying his own fan merch. critiquing vintage lesbian sexts. bullying the shit out of the north star. emotionally domming trev and then not even noticing he died. yelling "just live in the moment!" at someone who was freaking out about having only seconds left to live. not even offering his poor gf a ride in the tardis. "when the doctor's in the room it's Mansplain Central" at least he's self-aware lmfao

who’s ready to talk about how wicked is one of the few examples of a love triangle that is actually a triangle

thinking about how the best case scenario that elphaba can imagine in the wizard and i is that finally someone will come along who will be able to change everything about her. even in her wildest dreams, she views that as her best option.
and then.
along comes galinda. who - after spending an entire night attempting to give her a makeover - settles on: ‘actually, you’re perfect just the way you are. i wouldn’t change a thing. except maybe to tuck a little piece of myself in with you, just there.’
and i just think that’s neat.

What do you mean the iconic witch hat was born from Glinda's spite and cruelty but became a symbol of her willingness to stand by Elphaba even if it ostracized her from her friends and peers? What do you mean the witch's broom is an item enchanted in a moment of panic and innovation as Elphaba refuses to be cowed and grounded? WHAT DO YOU MEAN the spooky black cloak is a representation of Glinda's selflessness as she wraps it lovingly around Elphaba's shoulders, a threadbare cloak that will maybe, hopefully, keep her best friend (lover) warm? WHAT DO YOU MEAN all these symbols of evil actually represent a deep bond of friendship and love? What do you mean????

fiyero's point of view of part one is hilarious. He leaves elphaba and glinda to themselves for one day and now Elphie is wanted by the government and glinda is technically a prisoner/is kissing up to the wizard and super sad about Elphie. The throuple is in danger and now he's left to hold the braincell.
