I just wanted to say that as a Chinese girl, Wicked actually changed my life

So when I saw Wicked, I felt like it was actually a good metaphor for racism (I grew up in a entirely white and black neighborhood, with one Taiwanese friend) I genuinely felt like Elphaba because of how racist my neighborhood was, watching that's movie made me realize that the world is bigger than my town, and there are people that don't care like Fiyero, or get used to it like Glinda,

Bro the craziest thing happened to me today

I was eating a chocolate bar in public and reading the nutritional value when this girl walked up to me filming (she was a few years older than me, I'm a teenager) and she started talking to me.

Her: "Hey your so beautiful, and you don't need to worry about the nutrition facts"

Me: "thanks" (continuing to read nutrition facts)

Her: "you don't need to read those, you shouldn't be ashamed of your body"

Me: "actually I have a severe iron deficiency and need to read the nutrition facts"

the speaker, connected to the office: "Mrs White, could you please send Miss Viktora Isabel to the office?"

My teacher, very confused: "We don't have a Viktora Isabel in Orchestra"

The office: "Viktora Isabel (Last name)?"

My teacher: "not in orchestra, Ive never taught a Viktora Isabel"

(My friend trans Rayne, beginning to stand up)

My teacher: "Oh! You meant Rayne! Yea Viktora Isabel has been going by Rayne for like 3 years! Yea Rayne is a boy!"
