Loneliness and sadness creeping up again. Is it just me or am I really rushing to make things work? Why do I keep on rushing my self resulting to anxiety and depression? What good it will make to me if I rush things? But even if I let my self calm it will flood again in my thoughts. It makes me anxious. It makes me look like a fool. Why? Why is it always like this? Am I still not yet over the things I've gone through even if it is a year or more passed? Why? Am I really damaged to the point that I am still going through the pain until now? Am I just being paranoid? Or am I just not contented?

SELF LOVE 💕

A year ago today, i doubted my self for everything that's happening around me. I was in a situation that i thought i won't be able to go through. This was the time that i realized i am becoming distracted. I was so blinded that i can not see my loved ones supporting me, caring for me and loving me. I was so blinded by the heartache and misery given to me by my then love. I was so hurt that i forgot i am living. I am living a good life, i am living completely. I was so hurt that i almost loose my self. But then i realized this is not what i want. This is not what i'm supposed to be, this is not what i supposed to do. Because if i let my self be eaten by my own misery my loved ones won't be happy. They won't be pleased by what i am going to do if i let my self sulk for a long time. I realized that they are the ones giving me strength, love, care and support. This phase have taught me a lot.

Now that i am a year older and indeed wiser, i realized that everything happens for a reason. I realized that you need to leave a part of your self for your self. Don't give your all. As what BTS would say "Love your self" for you will be able to love everything that is around you if you learn to love your self.

Now, i want to thank all of you (you know who you are) for not letting me go. For pushing me to be better everyday. Thank you for not giving up on me when i needed you all the most. Thank you for holding on to me and cheering me up when i needed it the most. Thank you my family and friends.

For all the people out there, i just want you to know that everything will be okay. Just trust in the process. Trust God. Pray for His guidance. It may be hard for now but trust me it will be all right. Please don't give up on your self and don't give up on life. If you need someone you want to talk to just message me. I am more than willing to help. And i hope i would be able to make you realize what i realized.
