Ever since TyraTv released Pamela’s exclusive interview the comment section on the video has been flooded with words of encouragement. She has also received thousands of tweets from fans showing sympathy for her situation, making it evident that society is on her side and will only be satisfied when Rick has to lie in the bed he made for himself. The release of Pamela’s deposition tape where she makes it clear that she had no knowledge of Rick’s drug operation, makes it difficult to believe that she deserves to serve 7 years in prison. After watching the video it made me whole heartedly believe that Queen Pam will only walk away with nothing besides the regret of ever giving Rick a second chance. 

There are only 15 days left until the first day of Pamela’s trial, and it is evident that she will not be going through those difficult days alone but with the support of her fans, family and friends to help her receive the most positive outcome.

Pamela’s trial date was set for November 1st, 2015, and I am almost 100% sure that she will walk away with a slap on the wrist. The more the days after the arrest go on, the more it seems like the world is on Pamela’s side. CP24 news reported that over 500 hate letters have been sent to Rick, many of them filled with harsh words and utter disdain for his existence. It has gotten so serious that even some inmates at the Toronto West Detention Centre who’s wives are big fans of Pam have attempted to harm him, and now Rick must spend 23 hours out of the day in solitary confinement for his own safety. A perfect example of the saying: Karma’s a bitch. 

There is news buzzing around that Pamela will testify against her husband at some point during the trial. I know it will be hard, but it is the right thing to do in order to ensure she doesn’t end up behind bars. Pam-Fans (yes that’s what we call ourselves) are ecstatic that Rick’s plan of throwing his wife under the bus is going to backfire and land him in prison for what could be the rest of his life. Not only are the fans happy but Pamela’s family are over zealous about the possibility too, People magazine was able to reach out to Pamela’s father Barry Anderson who said, “I always knew Rick was a slithering serpent when Pammy told me about his history with his ex-celebrity girlfriends. All of his past relationship went sour because of his irrational choices. I know she saw it when they broke up years ago but like they say, love makes people make stupid decisions.”

It’s been a few days since the press release on the information behind Rick and Pamela’s arrest, and all of the evidence pointed to Rick dragging Pamela down with him without her knowledge. In all honesty, the biggest question is how a man decided that he would try, and I stress the try, to become a drug kingpin at the age of 47?! He must’ve been smoking that good marijuana (we all know how strong of a supporter Pam is of legalizing the tree) and watching Scarface when the thought popped into his head. And I’m not the only one confused, even his close friends have been speaking out to voice their opinion on the situation. John Hennigan a friend and one of Rick’s biggest competition in the game of Poker said, “If the rumours are true than Rick going through something in that head of his, nobody who just won 2.8 million dollars last year needs to be selling drugs to at risk youth.” Hennigan made a great point in highlighting the bigger picture, which is the fact that Rick who has adolescents of his own would want to perpetuate a stereotype that the only way to make a lot of money is to do it the illegal way. He’s a real douche for setting a bad example for his kids, and for putting a strain on his relationship with them as well as threaten the relationship between Pam and her young boys. 

Since the arrest it is believed that Pamela has been cooped up with an aching heart at the condo she is currently staying at since police ransacked her and Rick’s shared home for evidence against them. If only Pam realized from the time Rick leaked he and then-girlfriend Paris Hilton’s sex tape onto the internet for financial gain. How could that not be a red flag Pam? If a man could expose your most intimate moments, than he surely could surprise you with the money to open a new store and then turn around and abuse your trust and leave you facing 7 years in jail.

I spent the last two night raping the Internet for everything associated with Pamela’s case. I was able to gather plenty of recent information, and learned a few key things: 

Rick is accused of being the main drug connection for the infamous “Motley Cru Crips” a gang that resides in the Regent Park area of Downtown Toronto (a place no Caucasian should be after 9′oclock, just saying).

A snitch for the police from the “Motley Cru Crips”, that was snatched up in the Project X raids that seized a large amount of narcotics from the gang, named Rick as the person he would meet to make drug transactions for the gangs supply of cocaine. He was quoted to describe Rick as being a “chill white guy with those lumberjack type beards, he always wore hats.” Which is a spot on description of the selfish man who put his own wife behind bars: 

Police found fourteen off-white bricks of cocaine hidden in the basement of “Bra’s by Pamela” a boutique Pam recently opened not many years ago. (I am very upset it wasn’t open long enough for her to start a men’s line).

I could hardly sleep last night knowing my Pammy was laying on a jail cot at a Toronto Police station, but I was ecstatic to wake up this afternoon (at 3 o’clock, don’t judge me) to see the diva herself ranting down my Twitter timeline about that asshole Rick. Even though she didn’t actually state his name, everyone and their momma knew who she was talking about:

This morning my mom shook me awake and urged for me to turn on ENews (she claims its better than CP24), as soon as I flipped to the channel I saw, written in large bold letter, “BREAKING NEWS: EX-BAYWATCH STAR PAMELA ANDERSON AND HUSBAND RICK SALOMON ARRESTED” flash across the screen. My heart instantly dropped, my diva inspiration Pamela Denise Anderson was in jail right now? I tried to speak and my throat went dry, everyone who knows me knows my love for Pam (hence the name of this blog). I ran upstairs to my room and typed her name into the twitter search engine, because we all know Twitter has the best and most recently updated news. According to the timeline, Pam and her husband Rick had been arrested for drug related charges. A few hours later I read that Pamela has been charged with possession of cocaine and facing a maximum sentence of 7 years in prison! Rick (Douche) was charged with possession of cocaine with the purpose of trafficking and facing a maximum punishment of life imprisonment. After noticing the difference in charges and punishable years I automatically knew that it was Rick’s fault for why my Pam was in jail right now. Up until this day I still don’t understand why she got back with him after they got divorced back in ‘08, he is obviously a manipulator who cajoled her with his million-dollar making poker face. What a bastard!

Its been a while since the announcement of Pam’s November 1st, 2015 trial date, and since that day there have only been a few updates about Pamela and her case. On September 14th, 2015 over two months after her arrest, Pamela was finally spotted out and about with her boys and looked to be in good spirits. A day later media reports claimed that Pamela was only happy because Rick was motioning to ask for a plea deal of 15 years due to the substantial amount of evidence retrieved from his call logs and “Motley Cru Crips” members’ witness accounts. Today to make matters even worse, a video snippet of Pamela’s deposition was released on the Internet. Considering that on the video she is speaking under oath, her claims to not have had an previous knowledge of Rick’s involvement in drug trafficking will be a hard hit on Rick when he goes to stand before the judge. 

All I can do now is wait from now until her trial date for more information on Pamela’s case, and see whether the odds will be in her favour on that day.

For the last two weeks there has only been a small amount of new information about Pam’s case that was released to the public. I know that she had court on the 20th to make sure that she was following the terms of agreement of her release but other than that not much had come about. The media does speculate that Anderson has not been to see her husband in jail because she had been advised to cut all communication with him off and that she has been set to testify against Rick in order to have a greater possibility of being sentenced to probation, considering its her first major offence and their isn’t much other evidence found against her. Since her release from jail early this month Pam has hardly been seen leaving her waterfront condo, and her two teenage boys have been staying with their father, ex-husband and former rockstar Tommy Lee. I came across an article claiming a close source to Anderson said, “she hadn’t seen her boys or left the house in weeks and has been completely distraught over the whole ordeal, she is totally heartbroken that Rick dragged her into his mess and never thought that she would have to testify against her husband.” 

Today news broke that Pamela’s trial date was set for November 1st, 2015 and that the crown summoned Anderson to give a deposition, which could either benefit her or work in favour of the prosecution.

On July 11th Police acquired search warrants allowing them to raid the couple’s main home as well as Anderson’s store, which recently opened in May 2013. In the basement of the store Police seized 4.5 kilograms of pure powder cocaine and under an ounce of marijuana, many assumed the marijuana was used recreationally by the couple considering Pam is a known supporter of the legalization of the drug. Sources say the unidentified informer said Rick began supplying drugs in January 2013, only a few months before Pamela’s store opening. The short time period between the start of Rick’s partnership with the gang and the opening of Pamela’s boutique made Police believe that it was not just a mere coincidence but that Pamela knew all about Salomon’s business and that the couple opened Pam’s boutique as a storefront for Rick’s expanding drug operation. 

Toronto Star was able to get a statement from Pamela’s defence attorney Howard Weitzman, a well known lawyer known for defending Michael Jackson and Justin Bieber. Weitzman told reporters, “[I am] confident about my client’s innocence, and will be doing everything possible to clear her name of these absurd charges and ensure she never spends another night in jail.” Under court order Pamela has not been back to her Forest Hill home where police found little evidence, only being able to find a fish scale with little cocaine residue on it and marijuana paraphernalia, she instead has been staying at her waterfront condo in downtown Toronto where paparazzi has been staked out since her release from jail.

I was on edge ever since Pamela’s arrest, but yesterday the couple sat before a judge and pled not guilty to all charges laid against them. Pam was released without a bail hearing but because of the lack of evidence against Anderson alone, she was instead released upon undertaking with the following terms: 

Must keep of her and Rick’s shared property and remain within the Greater Toronto Area 

Deposit her passport

Report to police at specified times

Abstain from consuming alcohol or other intoxicating substances

Abstain from taking drugs except for prescribed medication

Her husband Rick Salomon was less fortunate and had his bail set at $850,000, he is currently awaiting his next bail hearing in the new Toronto West Detention Center. Media reports say that the reason Pam was released and Rick was a result of a confession made to police by a member of the “Motley Cru Crips”, a gang involved in Toronto Police’s Project RX raids that occured May 17th, 2014 where large amounts of cash, guns, and narcotics were seized. The unidentified man named Salomon as the gang’s main powder cocaine connection from early 2013 through until the day of the raid, and identified Pamela’s Queen St. E. boutique “Body by Pam” as their main meeting location.

This morning I woke up to a call from my friend Krystal asking me if I watched the news this morning not expecting anything that would directly affect my life I lazily made my way over to the TV. I turned on CP24 to see “BREAKING NEWS: Former Baywatch Star Pamela Anderson and Husband Rick Salomon Arrested at their Home on Drug Related Charges.” Just days after my idol’s 48th birthday, I couldn’t believe what my eyes were seeing! I rushed to my Mac Book and did a thorough search of anything related to her arrest. The couple was taken to Toronto Police Service’s 51 Division, the largest station in their lavish Forest Hill, Ontario neighbourhood. Pamela was charged with possession of cocaine that holds a maximum penalty of 7 years and Rick was charged with possession of cocaine with the purpose of trafficking, an offence with a maximum punishment of life imprisonment. The thought of Pam currently sitting in jail awaiting her bail hearing is disheartening, but I know it is my duty as her number one fan to find out everything I can about her case.
