EWWW!! Back before my first w31ght l0ss last year I weighed 145lb$ and I'm not even joking, how did I not realise how f@t I was!?!!? I'm really short so I looked super b1g and now that I'm like 11lb$ lighter I'm so disgusted even looking at old pics of me.
I wonder what I'm gonna think when I'm at my UGW and see pics of me from now!!?

I struggle to f@st so bad!! I've just started a 72 hour f@st because I've been b1ng1ng like crazy lately but I struggle to stay motivated for very long. Literally any tips or suggestions to help would be amazing, same with motivational quotes and stuff.

One piece of advice I heard recently was to complete a workout early in your day, whether it's an hour workout, 5 minute workout, or just a walk around the block. And this ISN'T to get it out of the way and done. It's to know throughout the rest of your day that you HAVE accomplished something. You HAVE met a goal and done something to be proud of.
The rest of my day feels so much easier when I know I have done at least one thing for myself.
