Bar or Restaurant Shell

An Anon requested that I upload this shell, so here it is. :) It was going to be for Maristella, but I had some issues with it (nothing wrong with the lot itself, just my own struggles fitting it into the world and figuring out what to do with it), so I never used it. Initially it was going to be a Mexican/Selvadoradian fusion restaurant, so it has a little of that feel. I really liked the outdoor seating area - maybe you guys can do something cool with it. :) The interior is completely empty, just wallpaper, flooring, and some lights. There are no interior walls and no stairs to the 2nd floor (just as a heads up). 

I used a little bit of everything so even though it’s just a shell, there are quite a few packs required.  But since I didn’t use a LOT of any one pack (except for maybe Jungle Adventure), you’ll probably be OK if you’re missing some!

SHADY GROVE MOTEL & DINERBAR - a lot by amoebae

Once a thriving motel, the Shady Grove was abandoned overnight. No one knows why. Having passed through the hands of a series of owners, the Shady Grove has fallen into disrepair. Recently, however, a mysterious benefactor has bought the property and opened part of it as a supernatural dinerbar. The rest remains as if frozen in time.

Made for Slipshod Mesquite in Oasis Springs, this is a 40x30 lot. It’s currently set as a bar, but has all you need to use it as a diner. 

The abandoned motel section was built for set dressing and story-telling, so I can’t guarantee it will work adequately if you move any sims in. There’s more information in the included ReadMe file.
