When Chaeyeon first asked you out, you were so nervous. Never before had such a beautiful girl been so interested in you. She was so sweet and caring but you were still so scared around her. You still felt like you had to impress her despite the fact that she was already your girlfriend. She was already yours and she had made it so clear that she wanted no one but you but doubt still clouded your mind.

Arriving to the small cafe she picked out you spotted her at a small table near a window, she had your coffee order waiting for you. Her face seemed to light up when she noticed you.

"Y/N, you look so beautiful oh my god." She spoke brightly. She stood up to pull your chair out for you, the small gesture and kind words slightly eased your anxiety and caused a small blush to form on your cheeks. You thanked her and sat down. She began asking about your day and how you had been, you tried to answer the questions earnestly but she quickly noticed you were uncomfortable. She frowned as she reached across the table to pull your hands into her own.

"Baby, is everything okay? You seem upset?" She pouted slightly in worry. She silently hoped that she wasn't the reason for your discomfort.

You bite your lip nervously before explaining your fears and anxiety about dating her. You stumbled over your words and you felt your cheeks warm up from the embarrassment. Once you finished explaining the reason behind your awkward behavior you nervously looked up at Chaeyeon to see her reaction. You were shocked to see a small smile on her.

"Oh baby," She began to rub her thumb comfortingly against your hand. "You don't have to be nervous. If anything, I'm the one who should be nervous. You're so far out of my league, I feel so blessed to have you here."

You couldn't believe the words she was saying. How could she feel that way too? You voiced those thoughts to her and she laughed sweetly at you. Despite her laughing you knew she wasn't laughing at you to be mean. You giggled along with her, feeling the tightness of your chest loosen and your anxiety flow away.

"I guess we were both being a little silly, why don't we say that we both deserve each other, hm?" Chaeyeon offered with a bright smile. You nodded and agree with her.
