Endurance Week 2019 is officially a month away, so here is an updated master post with all pertinent information enclosed!
What is S.S. Endurance?
It’s the name for the ship between Lara Croft and Samantha Nishimura. It’s also a joke, the S.S. stands for Same Sex and Endurance is the name of the ship Lara sailed on in the 2013 game. Another common name for the ship is Salara.
Who are the admins?
Currently, the admins are @lexcroftmanor and @cardiaceyes. If you have any questions or suggestions, or if you post art during the event that hasn’t gotten reblogged, feel free to message either of them directly or send a message to this page (@ss-endurance-week)!
When/where will the event take place?
Endurance Week 2019 will start on Thursday, February 14th, 2019 (Lara’s birthday AND Valentine’s Day!) and end on Thursday, February 21st, 2019.
Due to (nonsensical) changes made by tumblr’s staff in December, we have opted to move the event to our discord server, which you can join by following this link. Everybody is welcome to join, even those who aren’t actively producing content for the event. If you have a passion for Lara and her aodrkable, camera-wielding girlfriend, you should definitely join the server! Outside of Endurance Week, we plan to utilize it as a general Salara server where shippers from all over can connect with each other. Neat, huh?
