I'm kinda surprised that in all this hype for the new game, that I haven't seen any posts recalling that in Kalos we got a tiki totem item that was supposed to be from another region. Is that just me?

Well tbh now that we know that its based off hawaii the totem kinda became a moot point since most people used it to speculate where the new region would be. Mentioning it would be like a “well duh” kinda moment u know?

What I’m curious about is the fact that it does say that it depicts a Pokemon that’s important to the region

So I guess we’ve had a gen 7 pokemon ever since gen 6, and personally I’ve hoped for potential fanart of what it depicts ever since i learned about it and ive been greatly disappointed
