Happy New Year!!! 🎉

For 2023 I have three goals:

Be more present in the present day. I feel like I can't remember a lot of things that happened this past year because I was so focused on what was happening next. I don't feel like I took the time to stop and appreciate where I am each day and I hope to be able to do that more in 2023

Work hard, but don't overwork. With my internship, this is my chance to impress a future employer and really see what the accounting field is like. I want to show off all my strengths and do my very best while also keeping a good work/rest balance.

Keep being creative. I'm really happy that I had a new burst of joy for creating. I want to be able to keep up creating things with my hands all year long instead of accidentally abandoning a project for months. I also want to learn new types of creative style such as crocheting and needle punching!

In other news, today consisted of me driving an hour home, playing tennis, taking my dog for a walk, working on my purple scarf, and practicing Italian. I manged to do all this on only 4 hours of sleep so I am very much looking forward to bed.

I hope everyone had a good new years day and are excited for the new year!!
