you, artist online. somebody has referenced you in conversation irl by your online handle and somebody else knew who you were talking about. somebody has kept up closely with your posts for a period of time like their morning paper. somebody found a music artist because of you, thinks of you when they hear them on the radio. somebody followed you years ago and remembers you randomly even though they can't find you. somebody has screenshotted and saved your posts and sent them in discord servers. somebody has made your drawings their lockscreen, added them to their favorites folder and looked at them when they're going through some shit, has sent them to their best friend and sparked conversation in private chats. your art in particular could be the source of a keen sense of nostalgia for someone. maybe they've even printed out your images using their home printer and taped them to their bedroom wall and they look at it every day and they never even told you. isn't that scary? isn't that awesome? remember this well.

submit to the mortifying ordeal of being known so that you may turn around and see the impact you leave and the light you cast on others.

Ultramercy Cain, Abel and God-the-Father My favourite art from 2024!! The Lord does not accept the sinner’s sacrifice; before bringing the gift, it is necessary to ask for forgiveness, which is what Abel did, and Cain’s sacrifice was condemned. Cain did not know evil, did not know what murder was, knew only sacrifices, and since his first sacrifice turned out to be insufficient, it needs to be strengthened: Oh Lord, here you go, take Abel then. So Cain gave his brother to the slaughter, just as Abel brought to the Lord the firstlings of his flock. For Cain, Abel’s life was equal to the life of a sheep, and Cain himself, for Adam and Eve, was the chosen one, a "God's child,” the one who would return the human race back to Eden, and he acted on the basis of the same thought. And maybe Abel did not receive the love of his parents, but he received the love of God the Father, for Abel is Jesus, and is the Lamb slain from the creation of the world, and from the creation of the world all sins have been forgiven. This is the Seal of Mercy. I like to think that Cain and Abel are one, two parts of a person. Cain is the body, Abel is the soul. The soul itself is the Temple Not Made by Hands, intended to be a dwelling place for the Spirit of God. Cain, by killing Abel, kills his soul, kills his mind, kills himself. In the “Temple” of Cain there is no God, he is not addressed to him, he does not see him, that's why I portrayed him as blind, he can't see, he doesn't have eyes.
