Potatoes - 3 med. size Fresh Coriander - chopped Green Chillies - 4 to 5 chopped Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp Corn flour - 2 tbsp Maida (Refined Flour) - 2 tbsp Method : 1. Peel the potatoes and keep them immersed in water to avoid oxidizing. 2. Grate the potatoes straight into clean water. 3.
