Huami Corp (NYSE:HMI) has announced that it has priced its IPO of 10,000,000 American Depositary Shares, USD11.00 per ADS to raise a total of USD110 million. Assuming the underwriters are not going to exercise their over allotment option to purchase additional ADSs. Each ADS represents four Class A ordinary shares of the company. The shares are expected start trading today under the ticker symbol HMI. The over allotment option can be exercised within 30 days. Underwriters on the issue are Credit Suisse , Citi and China Renaissance.
