Never forgotten: Ian Curtis. Er wäre heute 62 Jahre alt geworden. In Erinnerung möchte ich Ian Curtis gerne halten mit einer seiner außergewöhnlichsten Gesangsarbeiten „Twenty Four hours“ vom zweiten Joy Division Album „Closer“ aus 1980. Und sollten Sie Gelegenheit dazu haben: greifen Sie zur in 1987 als EP veröffentlichten 2. Peel Session von Joy Division. Eine bessere Version als die in 1979 beim legendären John Peel live eingespielte Session Version werden Sie nicht finden.
