Hello, everyone. I’m so sorry for the sudden departure but with the fandom being so toxic and me not wishing to be involved, I had shrugged off my fandom works and left this place to dry. I want to say, however, that I am fully ready to return if not with some lag in updating schedules and this time, I wish to bring back my swap AU but with a whole new set of characters and ideas. I hope you all enjoy this new content and I will get into contact with the co-creator of this blog to see if they would like to continue their support :) for now, please enjoy the first chapter of Kamado-san.

hi im so so soooo sorry for the bother but i noticed this fic hasn’t been updated in over a year, is there any plans for the next volume?

It’s alright! Unfortunately, there are no plans ; I had been writing the next chapter but the fandom’s robbed me of my happiness in creating works as of the moment and I don’t feel too comfortable doing so. I may rewrite this on another account but until then, no.

Idk if anyone else has asked yet(recently I mean), but me & my sister <3 this series so far (though were just finishing the second volume you have up lol) just wondering if you’re ever planning on continuing this series, since we noticed the 3rd volume is the last and nothing has been updated in a while !! It’s okay if not ofc, just wanted to know before I keep reading if thats possible !!! no pressure!!!

Unfortunately, I’m not sure I’ll ever get back to this; I’ve started to get away from the tbhk fandom and don’t really have an editor anymore either ^^; I’m so sorry for discontinuing it but yeah, the third volume is officially the last one unless I end up coming back to it at some point which I may or may not do.

Oh my! Hello! I’m so so sorry, I have some chapters pre planned but they need to be edited and I’ve kinda fallen out of the fandom at the moment? I’m still in the actual like manga, and I suppose I do still participate in the fandom on very small scales but uhm, as for doing anything big like writing? I have chapters planned and all, they just need to be edited and my editor is having some personal problems + I am a bit eh with the fandom atm! There will probably definitely be a new chapter at some point (I had even started to write the next volume :) ) but it will likely take a while, so sorry.

In the meantime, I suppose you guys can send in asks about the recent events and I can try my best to provide my swap AU version of them? That’s the best I can do atm though so I hope that’s alright ^^ - 🎁

ahhhhhh thank u for answering my ask!!!! i am soooooo looking forward to the upcoming and how the minamotos+sakukane had a familial bond to one another!! as well as how the aoinene deaths happened!

🎁: I am so glad you’re excited! I was almost worried I didn’t portray their familial bond correctly but I’m so glad you caught that :) I am thinking of making a new book centered around the AU series…. A spin off perhaps…. :) I’m looking forward to other asks (if you have any)!

first of all, i am excited for the upcoming chapters and how the road and destination of this fanmade au!!!! one of the refreshing and blessing of an tbhk au that i ever read! like it kept me up (the good kind of keeping me up!!) on wondering how the hell the characters became like this – was nene motivated from jealousy/frustration to kill aoi? did aoi herself make to a deal with that wishing-bitch-entity to make sure that her bff is forever happy in her own insane way? and what did aoi do to had teru as her assistant??????? like shit i still didn't expect that teru and sakura roles here like that was soooooooo unexpecting

also, quick question just to make sure that i wasn't delusional, but does akane (fuck he is so much in pain in ur au - i love the akane angst here) have a sibling-like relationship with sakura (again, she is amazing here like shit, i never expected that i need a naginata-wielding-sakura in my life thank u for making her like this) and kou? again, i don't know if i read it right or like, just delusional or forgotten that part being mentioned??? (apologies in advance if there is!)

because like shit i never realized that this kind of familial dynamic will work!! and if they do have one, how did it ever happen??

gahhh sorry for the questions and this isn't all of them lmaoooo cause like ur au kept me on theorizing on how they became like this and it feeds my self-indulgent what ifs!!!

🎁: Author answering here ! Thank you so much for the questions! I was beginning to think no one saw the announcement that we have a tumblr now aha! And yes you’re right! Akane shares a sibling relationship with Sakura, Kou, and Teru! Teru is his close best friend, Kou is like a brother to him with how close they were as younger kids (think of having a best friend ‘growing up’ with you for both Kou and Teru!) And yes, Akane needs a big hug and some cookies (and a Lemon to cheer him up…), he’s going through a lot, poor kid.

The answer to HOW it happened is a secret for now all you need to know was that Akane was best friends with Teru, and looked up to him like you’d look up to an older friend in school before becoming friends with Kou but yes, Akane shares a familial bond with Teru & Kou & Sakura !!

Again, thank you so much for the questions (I think I got them all?) and I’m so so glad you’re enjoying the series! I have a lot more chapters planned coming soon as well!
