In 2005, Cartoon Network launched a NASCARtoon Racing sweepstakes in sponsorship with Nascar and Kellogg's. The grand prize was a Nascar-styled Chevy Monte Carlo themed after Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends. One could enter the contest by calling a number during Cartoon Network's Fridays. Five runner-ups would get a signed diecast car. The sweepstakes ended July 26, 2005.

As my about states, my earliest memories of exploring the CN website were from this era:
I would play the Flash and Shockwave games constantly over the years, play trial/full versions of Power Play Games, etc. I never played Cartoon Orbit as I was too young, but I got to experience the rest. I was there when CN accounts and games like TKO became a thing. I went to the international sites as well, and it always felt special to discover things that weren't on the US site. The list goes on. If this blog is any indication, I have a fondness for this website and it among other sites had an impact on me as a child.
Believe it or not, there was the odd old page or PDF that remained on the site if you stumbled across it on Google. The early 2010s Codename: KND character page was an example. I have no idea when it was (accidentally, I'm sure) made accessible again after years of it redirecting elsewhere, but it happened at some point before or during 2022. The Discovery merger brought the end of the server that the images (and seemingly every other old file) were hosted on. I saw the page when it was only missing one image, then I checked two weeks later and every single image was gone. The text and boxes remained, and I even last visited the page in June of this year. Kind of sums up how harrowing the last few years have been.
This blog turns four years old next month, and the website it is majorly dedicated to— despite me covering 90s-2000s content— is gone. No fossils left, just a redirect.
CartoonNetwork.com, I had not visited you consistently in several years. You died with mere crumbs of what was there when I was a kid, or even a younger adult, and very little in general. Just videos and links to a few apps. I'm sorry the deaths of Shockwave and Flash, the gradual elimination of websites for children, the rise of streaming, sites having to fit a mobile mold, and various corporate decisions did this to you. And I'm sorry for anyone who recently lost their job, or anything they had any part of.
I love you CartoonNetwork.com, and thank you to anyone who had a hand in creating anything for the website for 20+ years.

here is my archive.org account for posting eene scans. not sure if i should tag the uploads properly or not, I don't want to increase the chance of getting them removed for copyright by warner
I would upload the full issues, but scanning takes ages so I just scanned pages where EENE appears. i thought it would be better to scan too much than too little so i used a broad interpretation of "eene content". if a page had any image of an eene character at all, i scanned it
I got some more issues today so I will be adding those very soon (today/tomorrow)

Hello, lost and found followers. I hate to have to ask you all for this, but I'm in dire need of some assistance.
Rent is due, past due actually, and my father's paycheck is completely tied up in other expenses. If we aren't able to pay it, there won't be any more Lost and Found for the foreseeable future, we'll be homeless. We've had all kinds of other trouble lately too, such as my mother developing pneumonia, and her car having a leaky coolant hose and being out of commission.
I don't ask much of you, LnF followers, but just this once, me and my family need serious help.

Hey! Huge fan of youyr blog. I love Ed Edd n Eddy, Cartoon Network and the early 2000s in general. I recently bought 12 Cartoon Network magazines from the UK, 2004-2005. Would you be interested in looking at them? I want to upload them to the internet archive.
Thank you! Yes, of course!! I'm always eager to see more issues of the Cartoon Network Magazine, not to mention the exclusive little comics and such within. Putting them on Archive is definitely the way to go.

Corrected the caption! Just realized my mix-up. Dalmation Press, not Golden Books like the ones I've previously posted about.
An ad for Cartoon Network Dalmation Press activity books and an offer for Powerpuff Girls on home video from 2003. Included within the instruction manual for the Game Boy Advance game Ed, Edd n Eddy: Jawbreakers.

Operation S.A.V.E. was a 3-D Codename: Kids Next Door Shockwave game available for purchase on the Super Cartoon Network United Kingdom website in 2006. It was made by Skive.
The player controlled Numbuh 4, collecting 5 types of water gun weapons to use against Stickybeard and his crew. In order to progress, sweets also had to be collected. According to the KND Wiki, S.A.V.E. had six total levels. The first two levels were once available to play on the site for free. While the free two-level version of the game can still be found around the internet today, the full version is lost media. The majority of the above images were taken from the lead developer Ben Pitt's website, robotduck.com.
