Hi! Hope you are well ^.^ How long have you been studying Japanese?

Hi! I’m doing well, thank you!! I’ve been (inconsistently) studying Japanese for maybe the last 2 years now… however I’m sad to say I’ve made little progress, and my knowledge is scattered 😔but I am planning on taking a Japanese class this coming spring to better solidify all that I have learned so far, alongside my self study.

what are your top three languages you’d like to learn? i saw youre an aspiring polyglot on your intro?

hi! Yes I’ve been wanting to be a polyglot since I was little, though I can’t say I’ve truly begun to put the work in until this past year. My top three languages I would love to learn would be:

1) Japanese, which I’m actively working on

2) Spanish, although I’ve taken a pause to focus on Japanese

3)Arabic, which I have yet to start on but would like to as soon as I can so I can learn from my grandpa

I also dream of learning many, many more but for now, these are my priority dream goals. I’ve also begun a little bit of Korean, though I’ve also paused on it since it’s not as big of a priority right now.

I’m not new, but every so often I enjoy remaking my intro post to hopefully find and meet new people.

I’m currently not in uni due to my health problems, but my goal is to get back to it by spring 2025 semester, and continue to chase my dreams! However, I’m still actively studying as often as I can in preparation for my return.

So in all, this blog is about archiving my life as I study (from math and chemistry to languages), develop skills to handle obstacles (both mental and physical), as well as collect different hobbies and interests!

which language have you been more interested in learning from the three ?

Hi! I’m not sure when you asked this, I guess I had no idea that this feature existed 😵‍💫 but I’ve been more interested in japanese lately! I of course love korean and especially Spanish, but I’ve definitely found japanese to be a challenge that brings me a lot of fun!
