SBG EP 95 FASTPASS SPOILERS

there’s so much to unpack for this episode…

1. this panel is so fucking cute i love them i hope they explode the besties ever

2. AUAAUUAUAGGGGHHHHHHHAYAUAUAGAYA BEN LOOKS HORRIFYING

3. since these phantom versions of themselves are using the same bodies that they use in the phantom dimension, would ben be hurt once the shift goes back to normal? like once they go back to their usual midnight routine will bens body in the phantom dimension still have a bullet wound in his leg?

4. logan being the one with common sense as per usual 😭😭 (also if someone dies because of this split up im calling it that taylor will somewhat blame herself since she suggested the idea)

5. a little birdy told me that tyler and aiden were gonna have some angst during the separation… could possibly be tyler totally breaking down because of his separation from taylor (red has confirmed they have separation anxiety) and then aiden has to awkwardly comfort him. OR it’s the other way around and tyler has to awkwardly comfort. i feel like tyler’s good at comforting but when it comes to aiden it’s a bit weird cause their relationship is more bickering than actually talking about feelings

6. aiden ur so funny please never die

7. i can imagine in the future whenever logan in the phantom dimension taps on aiden’s shoulder to ask him something he always gets a mini heart attack and flashbacks to that moment

8. logan looks hella scary AND aiden looks so scared here. GOOD! yknow why? it could mean he’s slowly leaning towards wanting to live (since he’s kinda hinted at being passively suicidal). if this happened to early season 1 aiden he definitely would’ve enjoyed it more like “oh it didn’t kill me lol kinda a let down would’ve been more fun” BUTTTTTT he’s actually afraid which means he could be afraid of dying! CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT! also i’ve never seen him have that facial expression how is bro still holding that smile

i feel like ashlyn, whenever her hair was braided, always somehow managed to smack ben and ONLY ben across the face when she turns around. everytime. she just smacks him. unknowingly. and he’s never able to tell her cause… yknow…

one day she actually notices that she hit him by accident and was like “oh sorry ben” and then aiden and taylor start giggling and shit because she’s done this a million times before and this is the first time she’s apologized so she’s like “ben why didn’t you tell me- oh.”

maybe an unpopular opinion but i don’t really care about the lore of the cranes other than when maverick drops ashlyn lore. i do NOT want a cut into the story of maverick and jasmines sad backstory that lasts like 10 chapters before we get back into the main plot. and i don’t care about ryan… or charlie…

SBG EPS 92 & 94 FASTPASS SPOILERS

you know i’ve noticed that the times we’ve been shown ashlyn’s “phantom self” so far, it hasn’t really been trying to hurt her? it mostly just stands or sits and observes her. so either it can’t hurt her or it doesn’t want to. OR i’m reading too deep into this and red just hasn’t gotten around to drawing scenes where it’s actually attacking her.

hear me out if you’ve watched arcane AND read school bus graveyard… jinx and isha dynamic…. but with ashlyn and lily… (if you haven’t watched arcane still stick around)

lily’s in the phantom dimension too now so she sees them fighting the phantoms a lot and thinks ashlyn’s HELLA cool. she starts seeing her as a role model, even asking ashlyn to cut her hair to look like hers and asking her where she got her killies from. ashlyn’s a little weirded out at first but is fine with it eventually and likes her hanging around. they become friends kinda with a older sister/younger sister dynamic.

and then… hear me out…

lily just fucking dies.

but not really! just in the phantom dimension!

she pushes ashlyn out of the way from a phantom and takes the hit, wanting to be heroic and cool like her.

and ashlyn HATES herself for it. cause she let a CHILD get hurt even though it’s not her fault.

wait no ur not dramatic… this is a really good take. and it makes me question ben’s parents as well cause why DIDNT they notice him getting hurt everyday???

Not to demonize Ben's parents,

BUT, if someone like MAVERICK can admit the adults in his life failed him, I can too.

This drives me insane.

I have SO many questions.

Why did Shane want Ben to be in his group? Yes, he's tall and intimidating, but surely he's not the only one in their grade who fits that description. How long did this go on for? Aiden said It happened "every day," but how many days is that? How come Aiden literally can't remember if this happened in 6th or 7th grade? Where did the bullying take place? At school? How did he leave the building with those injuries without an adult noticing that something was wrong? How come his parents didn't say anything to the school board when their son came home, covered from head to toe in bruises? And if they did, why was nothing done?

"Clownin44, that's a little harsh. Give them the benefit of the doubt!"

He (11-13 year old boy) was sneaking out of the house, coming home late, and getting into STREET fights. The main and only reason he stopped was because he put his family in danger, and while I understand you can't help someone who won't accept help, they had EVERY opportunity to help him before it got to that point. He is a child. They are his parents. What if Ben never fought with the young boy whose older brother was in a gang? How long would this have gone on for? I don't know if you know anything about street fighting, but experience matters. This wasn't an act of rebellion. This was incredibly dangerous.

The worst part about it all is that Shane got what he wanted. Sure, Ben didn't join his group, but he did "fix" what he thought was wrong with Ben and inadvertently taught him how to fight. He wasn't expelled for putting him in the hospital. He wasn't expelled for bullying him or for getting his "group" to gang up on him, too. Shane was still in school by the time Ben recovered, and he would've continued to go to school with him if he hadn't moved in with his aunt and uncle. The entire thing was a disaster from start to finish.

Now, consider this; Ben has a younger sister he is incredibly protective of that he doesn't get to see very often. He physically can't be there for her if she ends up going through the same things he did. How can he trust that their parents won't fail her, like they failed him?

side note; the fact that we don't see Ben interacting with his parents, while Lily is basically racing into his arms, hurts me so bad. ARE THEY NOT CONCERNED? DO THEY NOT MISS HIM? DID I MISS A PANEL OF THEM OR SOMETHING? GOSH!!!

I get that it might not be that serious, and we never got to see how his parents handled the situation, so maybe they really were just doing their best, but I had to rant about this because I'm sooo sick and TIRED!!

WAIT YOU ARE ONTO SOMETHING I COMPLETELY FORGOT ABOUT THE FACT THAT LOGAN WAS THE ONLY ONE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH ASHLYN THROUGH HER DREAM. there’s so many lore drops in this webtoon that haven’t been explained yet 😭😭

Logan backstory theory!

we known Ashlyn was probably born near a rift of some sort. The coloring here has gray/red/blues similar to every other time the rift has been opened to the phantom dimension

(so maybe the location had a rift that couldn’t be closed or was open for longer)

Out of everyone in the group Logan is most likely to also have some kind of ability/influence on the phantom realm

we don’t know where/how he was born since he’s an orphan that lives with his grandparents

we don’t know if his parents had any sort of ties to the phantom realm but given that their parents were part of the greek mafia (that didn’t take much convincing to attack a government facility) it’s likely they were involved somehow

logan probably doesn’t have physical abilities that affect the phantoms like Ashlyn but dreams likely affect some things in the phantom realm

He’s the only one able to talk to Ashlyn through her dream when she sees everyone as phantoms

out of EVERYONE in the group that could have warned her WHY was it ONLY logan in this scene?

he’s the only other member of the group who’s shadow has changed!!

He’s the second person to develop an injury in the phantom realm (which might be why he was the first to snap at the arcade since you can see the claw marks on his shadow)

just saw a tylo (tylenol) post on tiktok and one of the comments was talking about how they hate the ship. SCROLL PAST IT?? SHUT UP?? NO ONE CARES??? IF YOU HATE IT DONT WATCH IT! “it feels forced cause of aidlyn and benlor” but then they proceed to ship taylyn, tyden and pop star (no hate to these) when it’s the EXACT SAME THING WITH THE EQUAL PAIRINGS. it’s alwayssss about rare pairs until it’s tylo. “i don’t see them dating” good for you! more for me!

hate when people comment on videos cause you do realize that COMMENTING equals INTERACTING. WHICH MEANS YOU’LL GET MORE VIDEOS OF IT DUMBASS.

also once saw someone say the sbg fandom is “allergic to homosexuals” just bc a majority ships aidlyn and benlor… which are like… the most obviously hinted at ships (not gonna say canon) and then when tylo comes into play suddenly they hate it.

just to be clear idc if you dislike tylo. ship what you want. i just hate when people judge others for shipping it or openly voice how they hate the ship on content ABOUT IT.
