A batch of Hastelloy C276 N10276 round bars with outer diameters of 75mm and 101.6mm has been delivered recently.
The user required the Hastelloy forged structure in an annealed condition. Happily, this batch of raw materials imported materials was the forging process when ordered.
The user required a fixed length, ranging from 1700 to 2400 mm in length. Therefore, AlloyO Special Metal was delivered directly after being cut by a band saw.
According to the feedback from the sales department, the user would have the next CNC machining.

AlloyO Special Metal has successfully delivered to a research institute user for Monel400 nickel-copper alloy.
The research institute has not used N04400 Monel Alloy. Before used, there has communication about the Material Properties such as elongation and thermal conductivity many times, and sample detection is requires. After three months of comprehensive evaluation, the user is satisfied with the Monel400 test results.
So, the user has purchased 12 sheets of Monel400 with a thickness of 0.6mm. Recently, S32205 2205 duplex steel is a difficult order. That processing of dividing into small coil was more difficult. The metal would be exported. In order to facilitate transportation, the requirement would be to purchase from 3.6 to 3.8 tons of small coil.
The operation of divided into two coils has certain risks because the strength of the duplex steel is large. The optimization solution negotiated by AlloyO Special Metal would be to find a coil of slightly more than 4 tons and flatten a few standard sheets, then the remaining coil would be repacked up.
