charcoal ( #222021 ) : a cool, soothing black as the night sky. it glistens and contrasts with the golden glow as the true beast hides in the dark.

SCENTS

OBJECTS

her hero provision license, she wouldn't be able to work without it. a symbol to show how far she has come.

a glittering necklace, a gift from her family in okinawa. she wishes to hold them, but never has time to visit as one of the top heroes of japan.

a flower crown gifted to her by nejire hado, the bubbly social young woman who gave ryukuyu what she needed in more ways than one.

rubble of the destroyed jaku city, is it a rock of the streets she holds or the ashes of her former comrades gone in an instant?

an award from the hero billboard chart JP, she was awarded for reaching the top 10 for the entire region of japan. it felt unreal to be held in this high regard, she found herself chasing that high in vain. maybe it did more damage than good.

a pile of fan letters, 'thank you's' given by those she saved or dedicated fans to the dragoon hero. it's what keeps her going despite everything.

an old graduation photo from her class, seeing familiar faces in simpler times can be heart-aching yet soothing.

VICES / BAD HABITS

a need to approve of herself through doing work. she usually ends up making a list too large for one person to handle. imprinting herself on her work feeds her insecurities and ego.

often uses make-up to cover up the bags under her arms and stress marks.

an inability to express emotion, often being perceived as cold.

often drowns herself in work, to the point she never finds free time for herself. it's what often ends in her being unable to form a dedicated relationship with another.

she can subdue stress, but can't see the dam cracking and overflowing.

AESTHETICS

ancient paintings of mythological divine beasts, it reflects the power and royalty held by dragons in a deeply religious country. some things don't change.

clear blue skies with birds flying over, it must be quite jarring to see something so gigantic fly so easily.

broken remnants of a colossal battle, destruction seems to go wherever she is needed. it's not a coincidence, is it?

daima has officially concluded, and despite my problems with the series - i quite liked it! truthfully i enjoyed it more than super. i was bouncing out of my seat at the reveal of that transformation, and seeing it as toriyama's final gift made me smile. i couldn't hate the series even if i tried to. i do wish i would've shared my reaction the grand reveal.

damn bro, the one problem of having a new shiny monitor with 2560 x 1440 resolution and more hz, it makes my old icons much more fuzzy and i don't like it.

crossover ships are REALLY fun to do imo. like crackships, they have a lot of creativity to them that can lead to interesting interactions and predicaments. that being said, i am also VERY picky with who i decide to want to ship with and who i offer them to. it's not personal if i decide if i dont want to ship or anything, but i also learned the hard way its best to set boundaries for yourself and state clearly if you want to ship or not.
