quick doodles of keira jak 2 redesign before going to sleep. a little more depressed, a little bit more of walls raised around her. a little bit more in a toxic relationship w errol (as in. he threatens to just kick her out to the streets if she messes up. sidenote hes fuckin 25 haha ) instead of that sorry excuse of a love triangle. she gets into a fight w jak because he sides w krew but then its all right bc she actively helps him build guns upgrades or smth. and also goes through a small arc where she starts to truly appreciate haven bc of tess and torn and also jak bringing her to see the pretty parts of town. to which i mean haven forest mostly. idk romantic flights together featuring his furry best friend and also 27 guards chasing after you teehe

the kid mission was surprisingly easier than i remembered but also it's so funny that jak and dax, at least in the italian dub both of them sound IMMEDIATELY so stressed

Let me say Daxter's line of "Jak can i have your insect collection" has lived rent free in my brain since I was a kid.

Might render this all better another day, but in case that day never happens I post now. I didn't add it but Keira was talking about how she loved a certain butterfly in the first drawing, which of course gave Jak a new objective.

I like the idea that Phoenix got a micro dose of dark eco along with the rest of the upper chain of command in the Aeropan Air Force--a nicer, well balanced blend that they mixed after trials on humans. (Which would better help explain why Duke Skyheed looks so ghastly and like he has an iron deficiency). The dose had some mixed results, and that's how Phoenix learned about the experiments before kidnapping Tym.

He kept part of his uniform from the rainbow guard and took to hiding as much as he could the evidence of what happened to him via long sleeves and make up (mottled skin, claws, horns, etc.). I'll do an intact uniform and sleeves rolled up when I have time. Being a commander he was purple in the spectrum. Lower ranks are red, orange, and yellow.
