“It’s The Waltons. It’s not Little House on the Prairie. I don’t know if that makes me any cooler to anybody, but it’s The Waltons.”

Brandon Flowers being asked about what Liam said about him on this interview.
He said that you have a very honest face BF: I don’t disagree with him. If you ever feel like a career change, you have a client. BF: I couldn’t be a lawyer. There’s another part to that where he talks about being on a plane with me and that I’m watching Little House on the Praire; I need to correct it, it's the Waltons. It’s not Little House on the Prairie. I don’t know if that makes me any cooler to anybody, but it’s The Waltons.
About that moment on Lollapalooza Brasil
“It was another one of these surreal moments. We were having a great gig and we knew that he was around and… I don’t know. It was just incredible! Again, they were another band that I really admired and made me wanna be in a band, so I owe a lot to him and Oasis. And having him paying any kind of respectf like, it was just incredible.”
On how Oasis influenced him
“I couldn’t get any tickets and we went to the Hard rock anyway. We’re walking around and some people just handed us tickets on the way out and I was able to see the encore. They did Don’t Look Back In Anger’and they did I Am The Walrus, but the communal thing that was happening, that experience during Don’t Look Back In Anger, I’ve just never felt anything like that before at a rock concert. And I knew that I wanted guitars and I wanted to write songs like that. It really lit a fire on me, I think.”
